<p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and high-value customers.<br>• Act as the regional escalation point for major customer concerns and service issues.<br>• Conduct regular customer visits across the region.<br>• Ensure customer requirements are translated into operationally feasible and profitable solutions.<br>• Review customer profitability and implement improvement plans where required.<br>• Support stations in resolving claims, disputes, service failures, and performance-related issues.<br>• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.</p><br><br>

<p>• Develop regional pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and profitability objectives.<br>• Approve strategic pricing, special rates, and commercial exceptions within delegated authority.<br>• Lead procurement negotiations with airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, consolidators, and logistics partners.<br>• Secure competitive rates and capacity agreements across key trade lanes.<br>• Monitor freight margins and implement corrective actions where necessary.<br>• Support RFQs, tenders, bids, and large project opportunities.<br>• Ensure pricing governance and consistency across all countries.</p><br><br>
<p> Operations & Product Management</p><br><br>
<p>• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.<br>• Standardize freight operating procedures and best practices across the cluster.<br>• Ensure proper implementation and compliance with Freight SOPs, CargoWise processes, and operational standards.<br>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.<br>• Collaborate with Global and Regional Product Teams on product development and network optimization.<br>• Support stations in managing complex shipments, project cargo, and special handling requirements.<br>• Ensure operational KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.<br>• Oversee the entire lifecycle of freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient execution from booking to delivery</p><br><br>Job Requirements - Experience and Education

<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Member will perform and inspect organizational and intermediate level maintenance and modifications on RPA systems and support equipment, as required. This position requires an individual that can apply basic technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting Air Force technical orders, manufacturers’ manuals/instructions or similar documents through the usage of test equipment/instruments to affect repairs.</p>
<p>Member will inspect, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft, aircraft engines, and other critical components to ensure airworthiness. Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, landing gear, power plants/trains, fuel systems, and functional components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills.</p>
<p>Inspect and repair power plant malfunctions, including cracked components, oil leaks, etc.; diagnose malfunctions, isolate causes, and correct breaks; test engine operations, use test equipment to locate source of malfunction(s). Replace/repair damaged components and remove engine/major components from aircraft, using hoist or other lifting devices; disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects; repair/replace defective engine components and reassemble and install engines in aircraft; adjust, repair, or replace instruments, ADP flight controls, electrical/electronics, fuel/oil systems and associated aircraft accessories.</p>
<p>Perform aircraft services to include engine flushing/cleaning, parts lubrication, and required maintenance checks. May specialize in repair and modification of engines, structural components, precision repair, functional spare parts, and assemblies. Recommend revisions to maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and ensure quality workmanship.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Mechanic Apprentice.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Performs all daily launch/recovery duties in support of operational requirements.</li>
<li>Applies logic and good judgment, understands basic technical order diagrams and procedures, and uses test equipment for analysis of airframes, engines, flight controls, pneudraulic, fuel, electrical/electronic systems, and problems.</li>
<li>Supports aircraft utilization and maintenance activity schedules. Maintains accurate parts inventory during all maintenance activities. Performs maintenance and repair tasks and ensures their successful completion.</li>
<li>Services, repairs, and overhauls aircraft equipment, engines, and sub-systems to ensure serviceability. Repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, landing gear, power plants, fuel systems (including tanks and fuel/metering control systems), and functional components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, rivet gun, drills, and other tools.</li>
<li>Inspects and repairs power plant (engine) malfunctions, including cracked components, oil leaks, etc. Diagnoses malfunctions, isolates causes and corrects breaks. Tests engine operations, using testing equipment to locate source(s) of malfunction. Replaces and repairs damaged components, uses hand tools, gauges, and test equipment to complete repairs.</li>
<li>Removes engine and major components from aircraft equipment, using hoist or other lifting devices. Disassembles and inspects parts for wear, warping, or other defects. Repairs and replaces defective engine components and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.</li>
<li>Adjusts, repairs, or replaces instruments, flight control, electrical/electronic, fuel/oil systems and aircraft accessories. Performs aircraft and vehicle services, including engine wash/cleaning, parts lubrication, and maintenance checks.</li>
<li>May service engines and airframe components at flight line operations making repairs, short of overhaul, required to ensure aircraft safe operating conditions. May specialize in repair and modification of engines, structural components, precision repair, functional spare parts, and assemblies.</li>
<li>Must be able to work with little-to-no supervision.</li>
<li>Performs all other duties as assigned as requested.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of actual aircraft mechanic maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge of basic and complex mechanical maintenance and repair.</li>
<li>Must possess basic knowledge of technical publications related to aircraft mechanical maintenance.</li>
<li>Must know theory and principles of operation of engines, accessories and components, theory of flight and electronic flight controls, and have a basic understanding of applicable systems.</li>
<li>Must be able to inspect and operate ground support and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Must achieve a passing grade in all required courses/certifications for continued employment, as needed.</li>
<li>Employee must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, to include pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.</li>
<li>Must be able to deploy to forward locations (other countries) as directed by the government.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry and/or wear military issued equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.</li>
<li>Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date.</li>
<li>Must have had an active secret US government clearance within the last 12 months. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.</li>
