<p>JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. <p>Provide procedural guidance to managers and staff. Supervise, guide and train other finance support staff. Manage financial resources through monitoring and controlling assets, reserves, funds, supplies, etc. in accordance with IOM rules and regulations. Provide specialized advice and support to Project Managers (PM) and/or Chief of Missions (CoM)/Head of Office (HoO)/Head of Sub-office (HoSo) on financial and administrative matters.
