<p>Leads and supports all Guest Experience initiatives at the property. Supports GM in driving a guest centric culture in the hotel and create awareness and understanding among all Ambassadors on the importance of guest experience. Reviews and communicates the Brand Assurance Program and all new brand/quality initiatives effectively to all stakeholders. Works with and supports Department Heads to prepare for LQA or BARE Brand Assurance audits as applicable to the hotel. Conducts regular property self-assessments on the Operational Brand Standards and other quality programs including cross-departmental audits through iAuditor and other tools. Represents Guest Experience (Voice of the Guest) at the morning hotel briefing with updates and highlights points for improvement and guest praise Reviews VOG performance and guest feedback daily, identifies trends and areas for improvement on a regular basis and shares with relevant stakeholders. Conducts a weekly VOG meeting with individual Department Heads, communicates performance, supports and pushes Management Action Plan (MAP) efforts. Leads and develops a team of Guest Experience Ambassadors within the hotel to conduct deep dives/self-assessments and identify improvement opportunities and solutions. Reviews MAPs proposed by each department post-LQA or BARE Mystery Visit and supports and follows up implementation by Department Heads. Monitors results of other quality management programs such as ResaVision and follows up action plans from the relevant Department Heads whenever necessary. Champions the internal communication of guest experience related matters and updates to all Ambassadors in the hotel Maintains direct contact with guests to collect direct feedback and facilitate new ways of collecting more in-house feedback. Works closely with Department Heads to assess service standards and delivery on a regular basis. Ensures that the relevant teams and stakeholders respond to all Guest feedback, e.g. VOG GSS, and consumer-generated content on various social media sites or travel sites (100% of the negative reviews/feedback, but none of the positive reviews/feedback except for those on GSS and TripAdvisor). Reviews and communicates best practices implemented in other hotels within the brand, follow-up on implementation at the property when relevant. <p>Médecins Sans Frontières is running a reconstructive surgery program in Amman, which opened in 2006, is giving access to reconstructive surgery (orthopedic, plastic, and maxillo-facial) to war-wounded people providing comprehensive health care, MSF aims at identifying and referring patients from neighboring countries (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and other countries with conflicts) then ensuring their medical follow-up after discharge.</p>
<p>Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery in Amman are seeking a <strong>Multitask Technician for our Daily Worker Pool. </strong></p>
<p><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></p>
<p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 550 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>
<p><strong>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Perform repair / maintenance / construction works, according to the supervisor’s instructions and MSF standards, to ensure proper operations and prevent faults / deterioration of MSF equipment / installations / infrastructures. </p>

<li>Carry out maintenance and small repairs on MSF’s premises and infrastructures (offices , apartments etc.)</li>
<li>Carry out interventions as indicated by the direct supervisor, insourced or outsourced.</li>
<li>Other request related to the maintenance activities such as swage and water pips, etc.</li>
<li>Inform the direct supervisor of any problems or breakdowns noticed in MSF’s premises.</li>
<li>Inform the direct supervisor in the event of an incapacity to carry out the work requested which requires the intervention of a worker or specialized technician.</li>
<li>Help workers or specialized technicians if needed.</li>
<li>When work is planned, have a request for material approved by the direct supervisor then use the approved request form to collect material from the log store .</li>
<li>Carrying out gardening tasks and follow up with watchman , if needed.</li>
<li>Carrying and moving (Load and off load) equipment, furniture, etc, to support Logistics Department and other departments in the mission.</li>
<li>Help in new apartment receiving or hand over by supporting the inspection and reports.</li>
<li>Carry out annual services for tools and equipment in MSF premises (offices and apartments) such as AC , heating boiler system , water dispenser, etc.</li>
<li>Having validated Jordanian driving license as will be autonomous by driving the Pick-Up for his professional displacements.

<li>Carry out inventory of his/her tools and equipment every month and handing it over to his/her direct Supervisor</li>
<li>Use MSF standard Tools to perform his work.</li>
<li>Inform his/her direct supervisor of any losses, thefts or replacement needs.</li>
<li>Use tools and equipment placed at his/her disposition correctly.
<p><strong>Safety and Security</strong></p>
</li>
<li>Be a part of the Building Evacuation Plan team, as evacuator, rescue.. etc, as request of the Logistics supervisor .</li>
<li>Be aware of all security polices and respect it.</li>
<li>Maintain all safety and security equipment such as fire extinguishers, cameras, access doors,..etc, functioning in all times.
<p><strong>HVAC Services</strong></p>
</li>
<li>Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.</li>
<li>Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our activities</li>
<li>Must be proactive in ensuring that preventative maintenance of all equipment is done promptly to help prevent future problems with equipment. They dismantle equipment as necessary when needed to troubleshoot the system or ensure that the equipment is properly maintained.

<li>Elaborate the necessary documentation for carrying out energy installations projects (plans, list of materials, etc.).</li>
