<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>The designee shall be qualified to install, sustain, troubleshoot, and repair standard radio frequency wireless, line-of-sight, beyond line-of-sight, wideband, ground-based satellite, and encryption transmission devices. Included are multiple waveform systems operating across the spectrum, keying and signal devices, telemetry, and instrumentation systems. Assembles, connects, secures, and interconnects components such as transmitters, power supplies, and antenna assemblies.</p>
<p>Resolves installation, repair, and modification problems associated with communications equipment. Employs orbiting communication satellite, line-of-sight, and tropospheric scatter techniques. Conducts tests to restore and maintain systems. Uses layout drawings, schematics, and pictorial diagrams to solve maintenance problems and ensure equipment is properly positioned. Analyzes construction and operating characteristics of equipment to determine source of malfunction. Performs intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure maximum operating efficiency.</p>
<p>Reviews and ensures compliance with maintenance management publications and procedures. Enforces safety standards for system maintenance activities. Checks installed and repaired components for compliance with technical publications. Maintains inspection and maintenance records. Posts entries on maintenance and inspection records. Records meter readings and other pertinent data in equipment logs. Completes maintenance data collection forms. Requisitions, accounts for, and turns in supplies and material.</p>

<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
<p>High school diploma or GED. Formal electronics training such as military technical training school, vocational college, and/or a four (4) year electronics apprentice program with experience in electronics equipment the technician will maintain.</p>
<p>Minimum IAT Level II, baseline certification IAW AFMAN 17-1303, IP fundamentals, familiarity with deployable communications systems, RF/SATCOM principles highly desired.</p>
<p>Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam.</p>

Industry / sector: Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services. Position Summary The Chief Accountant owns the accounting operations of the Middle East entities. The role is responsible for accurate and timely books, a disciplined monthly close, compliant financial reporting, and strong internal controls across the region. The Chief Accountant supervises the regional accounting team, partners with the wider Group finance function, and reports to the Head of Finance and the Group CFO. Key Responsibilities Own the accounting operations for the Middle East Entities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and on time. <p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 550 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>

Within delegated authority, the incumbent will perform the following duties: •Manages and supervises the activities of the OSESGY Aviation Unit. • Monitors that air operations are conducted in compliance with Air Tasking Orders (ATOs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), UN directives, Department of Peace Operations (DPO) / Department of Operational Support (DOS) Aviation Manual, UN Aviation Standards for Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Air Transport Operations (UN AVSTADS), UN Aviation Safety Manual, ICAO standards and recommended practices and the host country's Aeronautical Information Publications (AIPs). • Reviews and approves Air Mission Requests and ensures that the most suitable air asset(s) is / are assigned to achieve a task with maximum safety, cost efficiency and effectiveness in the mission support. • Verifies with Chief Planning, the daily projected Air Tasking Orders (ATOs) for conformance and compliance with the requested tasks, resolves conflicting priorities and ensures that ATOs are published and communicated to all relevant elements in accordance with the established procedures and deadlines. • Manages routine (regular passenger/cargo, logistics resupply) flights, special (casualty and medical evacuation, VIP) flights and military operational flights. • Manages the integrated search and rescue operations for UN air assets and other Transportation/Aviation Management, Air Traffic Management, Aviation Safety Management, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or graduation from an equivalent military educational establishment is required.</li><li>A first-level university degree with a relevant combination of education, professional training, certification in air transport, and two (2) additional years of experience in air transportation related occupation, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.</li><li>Training and certification as a Commercial Pilot, or a Flight Operations Officer/Flight Dispatcher, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or an Air Traffic Controller or an equivalent military qualification is required.</li><li>A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in air transport operations or aviation safety, with at least three (3) years of managerial experience on a position directly related to the coordination of complex air transport operations in the international environment is required.</li><li>Experience in handling Air Operations in Middle East is required.</li><li>Experience in the safety and quality management is required.</li><li>Experience in the use of ICAO standards and recommended practices is required.</li><li>Experience in international operations in a post conflict environment is desirable.</li><li>Experience in managing military air operations is desirable.</li><li>Experience in Airspace Management is desirable.</li><li>English is required.</li></ul>
