Acts as an operational partner to support departments, overseeing HR operations, HRMS integrity, ticketing, employee lifecycle, payroll, attendance, and performance administration while leading the internal HR team. </span></p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities and duties: </strong></p><br><p><span>1. Operational HR Execution & Support: Operationalize directives from the HR Director, partnering with leaders on day-to-day people challenges, team structuring, and cross-functional alignment. </span></p><br><p><span>2. HR Operations, HRMS & Employee Lifecycle: Manage daily HR operations and the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, employee changes, and separation; oversee HR ticketing and service delivery, ensure HRMS accuracy and data quality, and drive the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.</span></p><br><p><span>3. Payroll & Attendance: Oversee monthly payroll inputs, validation, and reconciliation with Finance; manage attendance accuracy, absenteeism trends, and leave balances. </span></p><br><p><span>4. Performance & Talent: Coordinate performance administration (KPIs, coaching, PIPs, documentation); support TA on operational onboarding while TA retains hiring ownership; collaborate with L&D on talent development. </span></p><br><p><span>5. Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as primary POC for grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions; ensure labor law compliance and escalate high-risk matters to the HR Director. </span></p><br><p><span>6. Culture & Engagement: Drive operational initiatives for employee satisfaction, retention, wellness programs, and engagement surveys. </span></p><br><p><span>7. Reporting & Analytics: Lead regular operational reporting on KPIs (turnover, headcount, attendance) and provide actionable data insights to the HR Director. </span></p><br><p><span>8. <p>The Reconstructive Surgery Hospital provides specialized surgical and rehabilitation care, with an average of 550 admissions and over 1,000 surgeries annually. The facility has 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, as well as two operating theatres dedicated to orthopedic, maxillofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgeries. <p>Under the supervision of the Human Resources and Operations Manager, the Procurement and Operations Assistant is responsible for managing the office's daily procurement and operational activities, ensuring the timely acquisition and delivery of goods, services, and works in full compliance with Amideast's Procurement Policy and internal procedures. In the following decades, significant progress has been achieved for children.
