<p><br></p><p><strong>Mission:</strong> The Regional Senior HR Officer supports the MENA Regional HR Coordinator and serves as the primary focal point for the management of human resources processes for the Regional Office national workforce. This includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, medical insurance administration, contract management, attendance and leave management, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and employee exit processes. The position also supports the administration of the Regional Office international workforce, including deployments, accommodation arrangements, medical checks, arrivals and departures, and other HR-related contractual and administrative processes. The Regional Senior HR Officer coordinates with relevant external stakeholders, ministries, and authorities to ensure compliance with labor regulations and the effective management of work permits, residency requirements, social security, income tax, and other statutory obligations. In addition, the position manages HR-related administrative processes, including consultancy and service contracts under HR management, workshops, per diem administration, and other operational requirements. The Regional Senior HR Officer provides operational HR support to the MENA portfolio upon request of the Regional HR Coordinator, contributing to the implementation of HR tools and systems, emergency attendance, leave tracking, and coordination with finance for salary processing.</li><li>Administer employee benefits including medical insurance enrollment, updates, and claims follow-up.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date personnel files, HR database records, and ensure documentation is audit-ready.</li><li>Follow up on performance management processes including probation reviews, <p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>The designee is responsible for the overall daily safe and expeditious flow of air traffic within the designated facility control airspace in accordance with ICAO and FAA 7110.65 regulatory guidance. Rules of separation must be applied to achieve the required separation as outlined in FAA manuals and orders. This designee maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations at the facility assigned and is responsible for all ATC facility operations and services during their shift, as well as adherence to CRM principal application. The designee coordinates with various controllers and personnel to relay information which pertains to the aircraft and in the interest of safety of flight including emergency information. The individual is responsible for vehicles and personnel operating on the airfield. Along with controlling aircraft the designee must be able to process flight plans, and supervise approach, departure, and arrival procedures. The designee will have a full working knowledge of control tower operations and flight planning and a fundamental knowledge of radar/manual approach control operations.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>

The designee performs airfield inspections and checks for safety and compliance with planning and design criteria. Plans, organizes, and directs airfield activities to include airfield construction/repairs, airfield driving program, ice/snow removal operations, bird/wildlife control, etc. Procures, maintains, and produces information on safe operation of aircraft through the national and international airspace system such as flight information publications, aeronautical charts and maps, NOTAM, local airfield and navigational aid status, and weather information. <p>Four (4) years of experience to include the following:</p>

<li>Duties including supervision and coordination between air-traffic control and maintenance personnel, dispatching, implementing and enforcing airfield safety procedures;</li>
<li>Monitoring and maintaining flight records;</li>
<li>Applying knowledge of weather information, flight plan processing, flight following procedures, tracking aircraft movements, managing wildlife on and around airfield grounds, and implementing bird aircraft strike hazard procedures;</li>
<li>Coordinating airfield maintenance and construction projects;</li>
