We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated *KPI & Performance Metrics Consultant* to join our team and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the operational and evaluation processes.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About The Project:</b></p><p>As we are preparing to scale past 100+ employees, we strive towards a performance framework that is both immediately actionable and scalable.</p><p>We need an expert consultant to bridge the gap between our strategic vision and day-to-day operations through a mathematically sound to track performance across three levels: individual employees, team processes, and macro company performance.</p><p>Crucially, this operational framework should align with our company culture.
