Result of Service<br>Phase 1, 2026: Technical Review, Revision, ToT Design, and M&E Framework, Three Months During Phase 1, the Consultant shall lead the technical update of the STG-TI and prepare the training and monitoring tools needed for implementation. • Conduct a structured clinical review of the current STG-TI and identify gaps, inconsistencies, outdated pathways, and areas of potential clinical risk. • Benchmark outpatient clinical care, preventive care, promotive care, emergency care, child health, STI management, and life-course health services against current WHO guidance and international family medicine standards. • Draft and revise updated clinical content for priority conditions, including the ten most common diseases managed at UNRWA health centres, child health protocols, STI diagnosis and treatment, rational prescribing, and antibiotic stewardship. • Integrate patient-centred, family-centred, preventive, and life-course approaches across relevant clinical protocols. • Coordinate technical consultations with UNRWA focal points and incorporate feedback into a coherent final draft. • Design the ToT curriculum, facilitator guide, participant materials, presentations, case studies, competency checklists, pre- and post-test tools, and training evaluation forms. • Develop a practical implementation monitoring framework and mechanisms to track field-level implementation progress. Phase 2, 2027: ToT Delivery, Cascade Support, and Implementation Monitoring, One Month During Phase 2, the Consultant shall deliver the ToT and support field-level roll-out of the updated STG-TI. • Conduct standardized ToT sessions for selected Senior Medical Officers, Field Family Medicine Specialists, and training focal points across the five fields of operation. • Deliver four ToT sessions per field, through in-person or virtual modality as agreed in the final work plan and subject to operational access. • Assess trainer readiness through participation, competency checklists, knowledge assessment, and trainer feedback. • Support cascade training in each field and provide online support to each trainer during at least one cascade training session • Monitor implementation of the updated guidance, document field-level barriers, and provide practical recommendations to improve clinical uptake and training quality.<br> Work Location<br>HQA<br> Expected duration<br>4 months<br> Duties and Responsibilities<br>The overall objective is to review, update, and operationalize the UNRWA STG-TI through an evidence-based technical revision, a structured ToT package, field-level training support, and practical monitoring arrangements. 1. Evidence-based clinical review. Review the existing STG-TI with priority focus on general outpatient clinical management, the ten most common diseases managed at UNRWA health centres, child health protocols, and diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections. 2. Clinical alignment and thematic strengthening. Align the updated guidance with current WHO standards and international family medicine practice within UNRWA’s primary health care delivery context, with emphasis on holistic care, family-centered care, symptom-based clinical reasoning, and rational prescribing. 3. Finalization of updated guidance. Revise and finalize the STG-TI in close coordination with UNRWA technical staff, ensuring technical accuracy, internal consistency, clarity, and operational feasibility across all fields. 4. Training of Trainers package. Develop a modular ToT curriculum and training materials directly mapped to the updated STG-TI, including training objectives, competencies, session plans, case studies, presentations, assessment tools, and trainer guidance. 5. ToT delivery and cascade support. Conduct four standardized ToT sessions per field of operation, unless otherwise agreed with UNRWA, and provide online support to each trainer during at least one cascade training session. 6. Implementation monitoring. Support UNRWA to monitor implementation of the updated guidance.<br> Qualifications/special skills<br>• Advanced university degree or postgraduate specialization in Family Medicine, such as Jordanian Board, Arab Board, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification. A closely related clinical primary health care discipline should be considered where relevant. • A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or Medical Doctor degree combined with extensive clinical experience and strong clinical guideline development credentials shall be considered on a case-by-case basis. • At least eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in family medicine, clinical practice, primary health care, clinical guideline development, or health systems advisory work.<br> Languages<br>• Excellent analytical, technical writing, editing, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Working knowledge of Arabic is an asset.<br> Additional Information<br>Hybrid modality, with a 40% level of engagement during each active month. <p><strong>BACKGROUND </strong></p>
<p>The Water Governance Activity (WGA) program is a multi-year project funded by USG, which aims to support the GOJ in achieving measurable improvements and greater sustainability of the water sector by providing technical assistance to strengthen strategic planning, financial sustainability, policy development, data-driven decision-making, and capacity-building efforts to enhance utility performance. In addition, to increase accountable, sustainable water sector management and governance by supporting and strengthening the National Conveyor Project's Project Management Unit, strategic planning, financial management, policy development and implementation, and capacity-building efforts. </p>
<p>The Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) has entered into a Management Contract (MC) for the Yarmouk Water Company (YWC) to improve the efficiency, performance, and sustainability of water and wastewater services in the Yarmouk service area. The Management Contract Performance Management Unit (MCPMU) is established to act as WAJ’s institutional mechanism to safeguard public interests, ensure accountability of the Management Contractor, and support successful implementation of the Management Contract throughout its duration.</p>

<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>The Legal and Contractual Affairs Specialist serves as the MCPMU’s in-house legal and contractual resource for the Management Contract for the Yarmouk Water Company (YWC). The position supports WAJ in safeguarding its legal and contractual interests by reviewing the Management Contractor’s deliverables and submissions, monitoring compliance with the Management Contract, Assignment Agreement, Articles of Association, and related legal documents, advising the MCPMU Director and WAJ leadership on contract interpretation, compliance, and governance matters, and supporting the management of claims, disputes, and contractual remedies. The Specialist works under the day-to-day technical direction of the MCPMU Director as an embedded member of the MCPMU, with administrative and contractual reporting to the WGA project.</p>

<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<li>Prepare periodic progress reports on legal and contractual matters, and an end-of-service report summarizing the status of outstanding issues and recommendations for follow-up by the MCPMU and WAJ.</li>
<li>Monitor compliance with the Management Contract, Assignment Agreement, Articles of Association, and related legal documents.</li>
<li>Provide legal advice to the MCPMU and WAJ on contract interpretation, compliance, and governance matters.</li>
<li>Review contractual correspondence, notices, claims, variations, and legal submissions related to the Management Contract.</li>
<li>Support the assessment of non-compliance events, disputes, and available contractual remedies.</li>

<li>Monitor and conduct post launch analyses and update the dashboards accordingly after the launch of each promotion in terms of uptake, total number of targeted segments, extra revenues and channel used to reach the customers.</li>
<li>Support in building business cases for new promotional campaigns by forecasting the uptake based on previous similar promotions and the target segment, the expected revenues and cannibalization and the opportunity cost.</li>
<li>Run and monitor continuous detailed analysis that covers customer behavior, channels efficiency, churn, active base, and predictive analysis to be able to launch campaigns to retain the customers, target them with the most efficient channels, forecast what they will be interested in and help monitor the overall performance in terms of base movement.</li>
<li>Regularly conduct market research campaigns and act upon the findings with the management by conducting surveys or focus groups.</li>

<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>The designee is responsible for the overall daily safe and expeditious flow of air traffic within the designated facility control airspace in accordance with ICAO and FAA 7110.65 regulatory guidance. Rules of separation must be applied to achieve the required separation as outlined in FAA manuals and orders. This designee maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations at the facility assigned and is responsible for all ATC facility operations and services during their shift, as well as adherence to CRM principal application.</p>
<p>The designee coordinates with various controllers and personnel to relay information which pertains to the aircraft and in the interest of safety of flight including emergency information. The individual is responsible for vehicles and personnel operating on the airfield. Along with controlling aircraft, the designee must be able to process flight plans, and supervise approach, departure, and arrival procedures. The designee will have a full working knowledge of control tower operations and flight planning and a fundamental knowledge of radar/manual approach control operations.</p>

<p >Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery program in Amman is seeking a <strong>(1) Licensed Clinical Psychologist for a Full-Time contract.</strong></p>
<h3><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></h3>
<p>The Reconstructive Surgery Hospital provides specialized surgical and rehabilitation care, with an average of 550 admissions and over 1,000 surgeries annually. The facility has 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, as well as two operating theatres dedicated to orthopedic, maxillofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgeries. The hospital also includes an outpatient department (OPD) providing an average of 550 consultations per month, physiotherapy and psychosocial support services, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) activities, including Antimicrobial Stewardship, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and a microbiology laboratory.</p>
<p><strong>MAIN PRUPOSE</strong></p>
<p>Providing psychological support to patients according to MSF principles, standards and procedures to improve the patients’ mental health.</p>
<h3><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></h3>

<li>Carrying out the evaluation of the mental health needs of patients and establishing a diagnosis and a plan of treatment. <p>The Jordan Himaya Activity aims to enhance the availability and quality of essential services and protection for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Jordan. The project has two outcomes: 1) survivor-centered institutional capacity improved, and 2) legislative frameworks for protecting survivors and responding to violence strengthened. To achieve these outcomes, the project will apply a survivor-centered systems-strengthening approach to improve prevention, response, and protection services, and to support the development and implementation of survivor-centered legislation and policies. </p>
<p><strong>Role’s Purpose:</strong></p>
<p>The Procurement & Construction Officer is a key member of the Project Team. S/he will play a pivotal role in ensuring integrity, fairness, and openness in procurement processes and adherence to policies, procedures, and controls. The main responsibility for this position is to conduct procurement of goods, services, construction and rehabilitation activities in compliance with DAI policies and procedures, and US requirements. The position requires relevant work experience in the field of procurement and contracting across a variety of industry sectors, contract management, dispute resolution, managing interpersonal relationships and communication, and investigating/following up on vendor issues. The position requires knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The Procurement & Construction Officer will be responsible for gathering complete procurement related backup documentation and auditing prior to submission to the Project´s Finance Team. S/he will develop and release solicitations, conduct price/cost/reasonability analyses, and perform any other related duties as assigned.</p>
<p>In addition to procurement responsibilities, the Procurement & Construction Officer will provide technical support for construction and rehabilitation projects, including the review of engineering documents, support during the planning and procurement phases, monitoring construction activities, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure quality implementation and timely delivery of project activities.</p>
