About the Role & Team The Commercial Manager supports the development and execution of commercial strategies for renewal and new business opportunities. The role partners closely with Sales, Bid Management, Finance, Legal, Contract Management and Technical teams to deliver commercially sound, profitable and compliant business outcomes. What you will do Jointly develop and implement deal-specific commercial strategies with senior management for tailored standard renewal and new business opportunities, including deal structure, negotiation strategy, non-standard terms and competitive positioning. Support the review and evaluation of commercial structures, including financial framework, deal risks, contractual terms, regulatory compliance, delivery considerations and full lifecycle impacts. Support pricing proposals, commercial offers and contract development for renewal and new business opportunities. Provide financial modelling support, including price structure, CAPEX, cash flow, profitability and the commercial impact of terms and conditions. Participate in customer negotiations to help secure commercially and financially sound agreements that deliver value to both SITA and the customer. Work with SITA solution and technical teams to align commercial approaches with technical solutions, delivery models and limitations. Act as a commercial representative on applicable opportunities, supporting discussions on commercial terms and conditions with internal and customer stakeholders. Develop, advocate and support optimum financial viability of opportunities within the total contract structure. As part of a team, identify, quantify, assess and report risks associated with bids and opportunities. Support compliance with company regulations, including bid process, delegation of authority, governance and commercial policies. Who You Are 3-5 years of experience as Commercial Manager, alongside experience in pricing, commercial finance, bid management support, financial analysis, deal structuring or a related field. <p><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>Under the supervision of the Human Resources and Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the management of the daily operations and procurement activities at the Office from the request to the delivery of supplies, works and services. S/he should align directly with the Amideast’s Procurement Policy. S/he plays a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies. Also, s/he ensures that the Office obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion and plays an integral role in ensuring the Office sticks to budgets and operates efficiently. The incumbent is responsible for the follow up on the building’s maintenance and the coordination with the related parties to ensure that the building is well-maintained. S/he oversees the providers for services including security, cleaning, catering, and so on. The incumbent supervises and monitors the work of the cleaning, and security staff along with the maintenance workers ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained. The incumbent also backs up the HR and Operations Assistant, on need basis.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>

<p><u>Procurement:</u></p>

<li>Records all details of contracts, purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the related database</li>
<li>Maintain and update the SOPs for procurement procedures at the Office which should always align with the Amideast’s Procurement Policy</li>
<li>Overseas inventory control and ordering of supplies</li>
<li>Coordinates between vendors and suppliers</li>
<li>Liaises with various businesses to determine the quality and cost of their products and services</li>
<li>Monitors businesses and products availability to pay the best price for the products and services required at the Office without sacrificing the quality or delivery times</li>
<li>Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the products and services required at the Office</li>
<li>Identifies and researches potential new suppliers</li>
<li>Prepares the required procurement documents, review, and process purchase requisitions in line with Amideast's policies, procedures, and processes</li>
<li>Recommends vendors for award and develops preferred vendor lists</li>
<li>Monitors Office supply (inventory) levels, and reorder when appropriate</li>
<li>Supports the Finance team in distributing cheques</li>
<li>Enters the required data into Aramex application to deliver the required documents</li>
<li>Procures the services required for all Amideast’s events</li>

<li>Handles catering and other related services during events</li>
<li>Acts as a focal point for maintenance requests and cleaning duties</li>
<li>Oversees building repairs and maintenance</li>
<li>Follows up on maintenance orders and ensures they are effectively handled in a timely manner</li>
<li>Communicates and coordinates frequently, accurately, and responsibly with Office staff</li>
<li>Oversees the work of the cleaning and security staff and monitors their attendance</li>
<li>Schedules the daily work for the cleaners</li>
<li>Sets up daily building rounds inspections to identify potential safety and cleaning issues, as well as any required maintenance</li>

In the Gaza Strip, between 7 October 2023 and 1 January 2025, the Gaza Health Ministry reported at least 70,663 Palestinians killed and 171,139 injured as a result of ongoing hostilities, including casualties recorded after the ceasefire that came into effect on 11 October 2025.</li>

HI has been working in Palestine since 1996, initially supporting disability organizations and expanding in 1999 to mine action. After the 2014 Gaza crisis, its activities increasingly focused on emergency and post-emergency response, integrating physical rehabilitation, including prosthetics and orthotics for people injured by conflict and those with pre-existing disabilities.</li>
<li><strong>2026 perspectives</strong><br>
In a complex and volatile environment that is difficult to navigate and operate in, Handicap International focuses on its added value in the fields of health, armed violence reduction, education and humanitarian logistics. The Palestine program will be handed over to the Regional Division in the months to come, involving a restructuring of the program’s governance alongside the challenges of implementation, risk management, and the restructuring of departments and program resources.</li>

<p>Under the responsibility of the HI’s Emergency Manager, the Country Director contributes within his/her geographical area to the implementation of the mandate and the Strategy of Humanity & Inclusion. He/she ensures optimal quality and impact of the activities in the Program, through a delegation system with appropriate control mechanisms. He/she shares with all HI managers the responsibility of sound management and successful functioning of the global organization.</p>
<p>In line with the current project objectives, the Country Director will lead successful program management. He/she will ensure sound monitoring of the project in line with the expected outcomes of the project.</p>
<p>The Country Director is the legal representative of the overall HI’s Palestine response internally and externally and promotes a high reputation and positive image of HI’s Palestine Program.</p>
<p>The Country Director deploys HI’s full mandate and Strategy in his/her geographical area, with operational partners, institutions and/or donors.</p>

<li>Ensures financial control and monitoring of operations are effective in the Program: consolidation, control, and reporting of operational and organizational elements within the Program (dashboards, corrective measures, unrestricted funds consumption, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensures technical quality standards are applied in the projects of the Program and monitors the implementation of evaluations and donor audits’ recommendations.</li>
<li>With both potential opportunities and risks in mind, ensures continuous monitoring and analysis of current developments for the Program: implements analysis and monitoring of risks related to HI presence and activities; takes mitigation actions when relevant.</li>

<p>The Country Director represents the overall HI’s response internally and externally and promotes a high reputation and positive image of HI. This includes:</p>

<li>You have at least 5 years of experience at key management positions within international organizations.</li>
<li>You have management experience in humanitarian, security and emergency programs.</li>

<p>Job Summary As the CRS programming lead for Jordan, you will manage and provide will provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the Jordan country office portfolio to ensure the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality CRS and partner programming serving the poor and vulnerable. In addition to your program quality and management capacities, your partnership and representation skills will help to ensure strong CRS coordination in Jordan. Operating in complex, high-context environments with limited IT infrastructure in some locations, the position requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to deliver reliable IT services across multiple countries.<br>The IT Support Coordinator ensures effective, timely, and compliant IT services for multiple RI country programs and global operations. The role delivers advanced technical troubleshooting, system access management, software provisioning, and IT capacity building across multiple high-risk operating environments. It also serves as the primary IT focal point for countries without local IT staff and as a backup to existing country IT roles.<br>Your Responsibilities<br>This role includes the following responsibilities.<br>• Provide advanced IT support across multiple RI country programs, resolving complex issues related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, user access, software applications, and business systems.<br>• Act as the primary IT focal point for designated country offices, ensuring reliable and timely support in locations with limited or no local IT presence while maintaining business continuity.<br>• Manage user accounts, system access, permissions, and onboarding activities, ensuring secure and compliant access to RI systems and platforms.<br>• Support and mentor country IT staff and focal points, delivering guidance, training, and practical assistance to strengthen IT service delivery and compliance with RI policies.<br>• Coordinate software licensing, technology procurement, and asset management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and security standards.<br>• Monitor and maintain regional IT infrastructure and network devices, supporting cybersecurity controls, system integrity, and adherence to approved security baselines.<br>• Partner with country and global teams to identify technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness, support humanitarian programming, and enhance user experience across RI s global operations.<br>About You<br>You will bring the following experience and skills.<br>• Proven experience in IT support across multiple locations.<br>• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows environments.<br>• Experience with software licensing and vendor coordination.<br>• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to work in complex, high-risk, and multi-cultural environments.<br>• Experience in NGO or humanitarian IT support would be a bonus.<br>• Familiarity with Starlink systems and portal management preferred.<br>• Arabic language skills preferred.<br>Research shows that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs, unless they meet every single requirement. <p><strong>1. Background</strong></p>
<p>Médecins du Monde (MdM) France is strengthening its communication capacity at country and regional levels to support visibility, donor engagement, fundraising and advocacy. In this context, MdM France is seeking to engage a Communication Consultant under a service contract to develop and operationalize communication priorities and produce high-quality, adaptable content aligned with organizational standards and the Gulf Strategy.</p>
<p><strong>2. Objective of the Assignment</strong></p>
<p>The objective of the assignment is to support the development and implementation of MdM’s annual regional communication plan and to produce, adapt, and manage high-quality communication content for donor engagement, fundraising, reporting, advocacy, and institutional visibility, with particular attention to Gulf-based audiences and stakeholders.</p>
<p><strong>3. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>The Communication consultant will act as a technical resource and will be responsible for:</p>
<p><strong>A. Content Development, Coordination & Deliverables</strong></p>
<p>The consultant will be responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of communication outputs, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Draft, edit, and produce high-quality communication materials, including:
<ul >
<li>Human interest stories (video, photos)</li>
<li>Fact sheets (regional or multi-country)</li>
<li>Operational updates (regional or multi-country)</li>
<li>Newsletters (regional or multi-country)</li>
<li>Donor briefs and presentations</li>
</ul>

<li>Developing impact- and needs-based content, including scripting and coordination with field teams and/or external providers, depending on operational capacity</li>
<li>Adapting communication content for multiple uses, including donor engagement, reporting, fundraising, advocacy and visibility purposes</li>
<li>Coordinating the collection of communication materials from the field and ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content</li>

<p><strong>B. Communication Planning & Operationalization</strong></p>

<li>Ensuring all outputs are high-quality, delivered on time, and fully aligned with MdM global communication guidelines, with support from MdM France HQ Communication</li>
<li>Support the development, implementation and regular updating of an annual regional communication plan aligned with MdM’s Gulf Strategy.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a communication calendar covering campaigns, donor events, field content, publications and key humanitarian dates.</li>
<li>Track the implementation of the plan and provide regular progress updates against agreed deliverables and indicators.</li>

<p><strong>C. Social Media Management</strong></p>

<li>Manage and develop MdM’s social media presence (as applicable), including:

<li><strong>Workload:</strong> The consultant will work on an on-demand, task-based basis. The scope and estimated time for each assignment will be agreed in advance. Hours worked will be recorded in weekly timesheets, with every eight cumulative hours considered one working day. Payment will be made monthly based on the approved daily rate, completed tasks, and approved timesheets. No minimum number of hours, days, or assignments is guaranteed.</li>

<p>The Communication consultant will work under the supervision of the Regional Development Representative (RDR) and in close coordination with:</p>

<li>HQ communication teams for coordination, guidance, support and validation.</li>
<li>Relevant programme staff, particularly for donor reporting and proposal development</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>6. Required Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience developing and implementing annual communication strategies, plans, tools and campaigns.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media, public relations or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven professional experience in communications, journalism, media production or content development, preferably with humanitarian or development contexts.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in photography, filming, video editing and the production of high-quality communication materials.</li>
<li>Experience managing social media accounts and pages, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement and performance analysis.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating content collection from field locations in collaboration with internal programme teams, country offices and external contractors.</li>
<li>Experience planning and supporting communication-related events and visibility activities.</li>
<li>Experience collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for communication, reporting and donor engagement purposes.</li>
<li>Experience working across networks and coordinating with multiple partner organizations and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills in English and Arabic; French is an asset.</li>
<li>Ability to translate technical and programmatic information into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.</li>
