<p>Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager</p><p>We are looking for <strong>young, motivated, and, most importantly, passionate applicants</strong> to join our production team as a <strong>Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager</strong>.</p><p>Before applying, we want to be transparent about the nature of this position.</p><p>We are a <strong>film production company preparing to shoot a television series across Jordan</strong>. While working on a film production may sound exciting, the reality is demanding. This position requires long working days, physical stamina, flexibility, and a genuine passion for filmmaking and content creation.</p><p>The Job</p><p>The expected working schedule will be approximately <strong>12–14 hours per day, 6 days per week</strong>.</p><p>A typical shooting day may look approximately like this:</p><ul><li>1–2 hours of transportation to and from set</li><li>1 hour of setup and preparation</li><li>10 hours of filming</li><li>1-hour break after approximately 6 hours of shooting</li></ul><p>The production will take place across different locations in Jordan, including <strong>remote and challenging environments such as Wadi Rum</strong>.</p><p>You should be prepared to work in conditions that may include <strong>high temperatures during the day and significantly colder temperatures at night</strong>.</p><p>When filming around Amman, applicants may generally return home after the working day. When the production moves to remote locations, <strong>accommodation will be provided by the company</strong> for the duration of the stay.</p><p>Contract Duration</p><p>The initial engagement will be for <strong>60 days</strong>.</p><p>Depending on production requirements, the engagement may be extended to <strong>up to 90 days</strong>. Any extension will be communicated with sufficient advance notice.</p><p>Who We Are Looking For</p><p>We are looking for applicants who are creative, hardworking, adaptable, and genuinely interested in the film and content industry.</p><p>1. Previous Experience</p><p>Ideally, applicants should be able to provide <strong>KPIs or measurable results from previous work</strong> as a social media manager, content creator, or in a similar role.</p><p>However, <strong>experience is not mandatory</strong>.</p><p>We understand that many talented and motivated people are early in their careers, and we encourage promising applicants to apply even if they do not have an extensive professional track record.</p><p>2. Education</p><p>Applicants must have <strong>completed university</strong>.</p><p>Your degree, field of study, and GPA are <strong>not important to us</strong>. We care more about your ability, attitude, creativity, and willingness to work.</p><p>3. Technical Skills</p><p>Applicants should have good working knowledge of:</p><ul><li>Video and photo editing software</li><li>Camera operation</li><li>Content creation tools and workflows</li><li>Social media platforms and content formats</li></ul><p>4. Equipment &amp; Software</p><p>The company will provide:</p><ul><li>Company phone</li><li>Professional microphones</li><li>Required software licences</li></ul><p>Applicants must provide <strong>their own laptop</strong> suitable for editing and content-production work.</p><p>5. Languages</p><p>Applicants must be <strong>fluent in both Arabic and English</strong>, written and spoken.</p><p>6. Remote Production</p><p>Applicants must be comfortable working in <strong>remote locations for prolonged periods of time</strong> and staying in company-provided accommodation when required.</p><p>Compensation</p><p><strong>Base salary starts at 400 JOD per month.</strong></p><p>Final compensation may depend on the applicant's experience, technical ability, and demonstrated skills.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
