<p>This is a middle management role responsible for providing strategic leadership across resource mobilisation, donor engagement and partnership development across Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia. The position will strengthen ActionAid Arab Regional Office's (AARO) ability to articulate contemporary development and humanitarian priorities, as outlined in the ActionAid Arab Regional Strategy and emerging regional trends, to a wide range of external stakeholders.</p>

<p>The postholder will lead efforts to mobilise resources from a diverse portfolio of donors, including institutional donors, trusts and foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Working closely with the Regional Director, Country Directors and relevant colleagues across the region, the role will develop and implement strategic donor engagement and resource mobilisation plans that leverage ActionAid's expertise in advancing women's rights, youth leadership, humanitarian response, conflict transformation and resilience.</p>
