At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. <p>Supervise and provide guidance and support to junior staff in areas such as training and development. Ensure adherence to SOPs and GLP requirements in analytical research development, validation and all stability related activities. Finally review and approve all reports generated by subordinates to be submitted to the documentation team. Plan, organize, and supervise weekly and monthly Analytical Research/Stability activities to ensure timely execution and achievement of departmental objectives. Review, approve, and maintain departmental documentation, including SOPs, analytical method development, validation/verification reports, stability protocols and reports, and laboratory records. Prepare and review drug substance and drug product specifications, justification reports, and regulatory submission documents in accordance with applicable guidelines. Manage analytical and stability programs, including supplier qualification (DMF evaluation), pharmacopeia updates, stability studies, stability chamber monitoring, and maintenance coordination. Lead investigations of OOS results and technical issues by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective actions. Supervise, train, and coach team members, providing technical guidance and supporting analytical activities and experiments as required. Review and verify stability batches, labeling, documentation, quantities, and logbook entries to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, Health & Safety requirements, and participate in internal and external regulatory inspections. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution. <p>As an External Audit Remote Team Member Senior Associate at our Assurance alternative delivery center, you will provide virtual client engagement assistance for our key clients across the region, gaining wide exposure to the GCC market and contributing in delivering the best service to our clients.</p>

The Awards Management Team (AMT) works in lockstep with Mercy Corps country teams to ensure they have the resources, tools, and information they need to succeed in the implementation of high-quality programs across three areas by: 1. The AMT Manager works closely with country teams and is an essential member of the AMT structure. Propose, initiate, and lead strategic initiatives in coordination with HR, based on a deep understanding of HR functions and operations, and in alignment with the bank’s long-term vision and goals. Assess the impact of transformation initiatives on organizational culture and employee performance, with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Management function to ensure availability of data for analysis and decision-making, supporting the launch of strategic HR initiatives and transformation objectives.
