<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements.<br>Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. <strong><u>JOB PURPOSE</u></strong><br>The Imports/Export agent is responsible on the daily import or export activities at AMM GATEWAY operations, reporting to different shifts, AMM GATEWAY agent will be holding tasks related to inbound flights recovery/clearance or outbound flights export. The agent is also responsible in helping to achieve Gateway KPI’s through effectively working together as a team with the rest of the Gateway staffs and while holding different tasks depending on shifts roster. <br><br><strong><u>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</u></strong><br><ul><li>Provide a high level of customer service while processing inbound or outbound tasks, taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.</li><li>Follow Gateway inbound clearance procedures as outlined in the GATEWAY manual to comply with the GSOP procedures and safe working practices.</li><li>Maintain a clean desk policy and file all documents required for storing paper works in a systematic way which are easy to access when required.</li><li>Daily updates on clearance status of all shipments held in AMM GATEWAY for clearance using different DHL applications.</li><li>Daily check points to be created for network visibility using appropriate exception codes for different activities at AMM GATEWAY.</li><li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, DHL network, products and services so that customers are provided accurate information on transit time, clearance delays, custom paperwork requirements, packing, accounting and sales queries with confidence at all times.</li><li>Highlight any recurring problems that are manifested through traces and then direct the information accordingly so that corrective actions can be taken promptly.</li><li>Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit by learning all activities within the department.</li></ul><br><strong><u>NATURE AND SCOPE</u></strong><br><strong>Context</strong><br>The Gateway import agent department has been structured to provide telephone assistance to customers (internal and external) when making inquiries, logging in customer requests, assisting customers on clearance requirements and inquiries with regards to delayed or missing shipments. Strong documentation and communication skills.<br>

Closely with Area Managers and EOD Chief of Operations, monitor implementation of all field-based projects to ensure activities are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with Reports and other key reporting tools from Area Managers Responsibility 5: Monitoring Tools and Standardization • In collaboration with the THoP and MEAL Manager, promote the use of harmonized planning and monitoring tools across operational bases • Ensure tools such as workplans, procurement plans, and indicator trackers are in use, well-understood by field staff, and regularly reviewed Responsibility 6: Contribution to Project Design and Feasibility • Provide operational inputs during project proposal development, including logistical feasibility, access considerations, and timelines • Support the THoP in ensuring proposed interventions are realistically grounded in field capacities and constraints Responsibility 7: Capacity Building and Leadership Development • Identify capacity-building needs of Project Managers and Area Managers on operational aspects of project management (planning, logistics, budget follow-up, compliance) • Provide mentoring, coaching, and training as needed to strengthen field leadership and delivery capacity CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION: • Amman : Security is stable in Amman and in most parts of Jordan • Gaza Strip: In the current crisis, the entire population is at risk due to frequent airstrikes and ground offensives despite the ceasefire.<br> HI has not been able to deploy international team members since January 2026 due to registration issues and access constraints.<br> Due to the current difficulties in obtaining an authorization to enter Gaza, it is possible that the selected candidate will have to carry out all their mission from Amman.<br> This situation is beyond our control and beyond the responsibility of our organization.<br> • West Bank: The situation remains volatile and unpredictable, with frequent clashes between Israeli forces and Palestinians, particularly during military raids in refugee camps and urban areas.<br> Movement restrictions, checkpoints, and closures continue to impact civilian life and
