<span>About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Infrastructure team.<br> The successful candidate will support the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for our customers while assisting in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Microsoft infrastructure environments.<br> This role is ideal for candidates looking to build their expertise in Microsoft technologies while working alongside experienced engineers.<br> The Junior Systems Engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, contribute to infrastructure projects, and continuously develop technical and professional skills.<br> Key Responsibilities Support the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.<br> Assist senior engineers in technical engagements throughout the project lifecycle.<br> Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft infrastructure issues under guidance while developing advanced troubleshooting skills.<br> Support the preparation and presentation of technical solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.<br> Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.<br> Work closely with senior engineers to gain technical knowledge and best practices.<br> Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities.<br> Identify technical issues and escalate complex challenges when necessary.<br> Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br> Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends through continuous learning.<br> Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.<br> RequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.<br> Experience 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment.<br> Internship or practical experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure technologies is a plus.<br> Strong willingness to learn and develop in a customer-facing technical role.<br> Technical Skills Strong knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with: Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Server Hyper-V Windows Server Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft System Center Products Microsoft Azure Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft 365 Microsoft Defender Microsoft Intune Microsoft Purview Required Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br> Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br> Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.<br> Eagerness to learn from senior engineers and continuously develop technical skills.<br> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br></span> </div>
