The activities planned will address protection needs at the individual, group, and community levels, providing support and opportunities for economic empowerment, while working to strengthen the protection capacities of local communities. Through a collaborative and integrated approach, the partners will strive to generate positive and lasting impacts, while seeking to alleviate the immediate effects of the ongoing emergency, ensuring the safety and fundamental rights of vulnerable populations, preventing violence, abuse, and discrimination, and strengthening communities capacity to recognize and respond to protection needs.</p><p>Organization setting : the appointed Project Officer will report to the Program, Protection and Administrative Desk Officers for matters related to the day-to-day management of his/her tasks, and to the Country Representative for legal and security issues.</p><p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Project Cycle Management</p><ul><li>Oversee the on-site execution of project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities, ensuring they comply with the procedures of UPP and donor guidelines.</li><li>Lead coordination and maintain regular updates on Project Cycle Management (PCM) tools</li><li>Supervising and reviewing the monitoring and evaluation plan (MEAL), activities, tools, and results.</li><li>Support implementing partners in preparing periodic technical reports on project progress, administrative management, and impact assessment, in accordance with UPP program tools and donor guidelines.</li><li>Supervise, train and mentor project staff, in coordination with technical teams to deliver prevention and response activities.</li><li>Devise and execute capacity building project plans including managing technical expert/trainers and local staff in coordination with CR, Protection Desk and technical specialists.</li><li>In coordination with implementing partners, prepare project financial reports, with support from the local Finance Officer and administrative HQ office in Rome.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of project visibility and communication activities, in liaison with the communications office in Rome and with donor structures in the field.</li><li>Carrying out regular field visits to supervise the implementation of the activities.</li><li>Lead on the preparation of possible project modification requests to the donor.</li><li>Maintain regular coordination with the Consortium focal points and with the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.</li><li>Lead field efforts in the development of proposals, budgets, and concept notes in coordination with HQ Desk Officers.</li><li>Contribute to the formulation of the national strategy for the respective area of intervention.</li><li>Ensure UPP Code of Conduct, Policies and guidelines are applied to UPP ETS, partners and contractors including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Safeguarding, Anti-Fraud and Corruption.</li><li>Supervising the correct implementation of UPP and partners project FRCM and safeguarding as well as maintaining up to date risks and programme adaptations in line with do no harm principle in coordination with MEAL and Protection teams.</li></ul><p>Financial and Administrative management</p><ul><li>Manage project financial resources in line with UPP procedures, donor requirements, and approved budgets, coordinating with Admin to ensure timely fund availability and supporting technical staff on financial matters.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of goods and services for project activities, coordinating with the Logistics department to guarantee compliance with internal and donor procurement rules.</li><li>Contributing in the selection of local or international staff to deploy in the project, in coordination with HR Department and in line with the procedures provided by UPP HR Manual.</li><li>Managing project staff according to UPP Staff Handbook and coordinating staff movements.</li><li>Managing partnerships in line with MoU and UPP CR and HQ guidance and Policies.</li><li>Support activities to secure co-financing and ensure the long-term sustainability of Un Ponte Per ETS's mission in Jordan, including complementary project actions.</li></ul><p>Reporting</p><ul><li>Ensuring complete and accurate quarterly, interim and final reports are submitted timely according to donor s requirements. If needed, write further periodic reports for internal and external use.</li><li>Overseeing financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner in coordination with the Admin department.</li><li>Guaranteeing quality reporting from partners is timely and accurate.</li><li>Ensuring that the overall relevant project documentation (legal, financial, HR, MEAL, etc.) is compliant with UPP standards, up to date, accurate, well stored and organized, available, and easy to consult at any time.</li></ul><p>Coordination</p><ul><li>Maintain consistent coordination with partners, contractors, and stakeholders via regular meetings, field visits, and active information sharing.</li><li>Ensure continuous, accurate, and collaborative communication across operational, technical (i.e. Protection), and HQ teams, guaranteeing timely availability of information on project progress, critical events, bottlenecks, and financial updates.</li><li>Participation in coordination meetings and relevant clusters and working groups of interest concerning the project s activities.</li><li><br></li><li>.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree (Political Science/International Relations; International Cooperation and Development; Social Sciences, Africa, Asian, or Arab Studies; Economics/Development Economics; Law/International Law, or related fields).</li><li>At least 3 years since graduation.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in similar roles at other Italian or international NGOs.</li><li>At least 1 year of work experience in managing emergency projects in developing countries or other countries potentially eligible for such interventions.</li><li>Proven communication and behavioral skills to work directly with affected communities and local partners;</li><li>Experience in the administrative and accounting management of projects.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of project cycle management.</li><li>Knowledge of the guidelines of major funding agencies (MAECI, EU, AICS, UN, etc.).</li><li>English language proficiency at least at CEFR level B2; Italian language proficiency at least at CEFR level B2.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>UPP requires criminal background check certificate (released max 3 months before the date of job offer) to confirm a job offer. <p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>The NATO Liaison Office (NLO) Jordan in Amman represents NATO in Jordan, with the aim of enhancing political dialogue and practical cooperation in areas of common interest between the Alliance and Jordan, building on their longstanding partnership bilaterally and in the framework of the Mediterranean Dialogue (MD). The NLO enables regular engagement between NATO and the Jordanian authorities and contributes to the development and implementation of partnership programmes and activities.</p>
<p>The Driver provides reliable and safe driving and delivery services for the NLO, NATO staff, and visitors in Jordan, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, integrity and safety. As a member of the Administrative Support Section, the incumbent performs secondary tasks related to the smooth running of the NLO. The incumbent should be flexible to work outside of normal working hours. </p>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<p><strong>ESSENTIAL</strong></p>
<p>The incumbent must:</p>
<ul>
<li>be a citizen of Jordan;</li>
<li>possess a good general education at the higher secondary level;</li>
<li>have a minimum of three years of work experience as a professional driver;</li>
<li>hold a driver’s licence valid in Jordan (Category 3-1) with knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance;</li>
<li>have local know-how of Jordanian administrative procedures and local services;</li>
<li>possess the following language levels: English, Level III (Intermediate); Arabic Level VI (Proficiency);</li>

<p><strong>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support for the everyday transportation of the NLO staff and, when needed, related officials/visitors;</li>
<li>Maintain an overall situational awareness regarding the security situation in the area of operations and keep updated on the local traffic situation and current/planned roadworks and traffic conditions;</li>
<li>Conduct all administrative tasks related to cars and road moves (e.g. drafting journey management plans, maintaining car logbooks, handling car registration, insurance and customs clearance);</li>
<li>Drive safely, following applicable regulations governing vehicle operation including implementing all security and safety procedures to ensure the safety of passengers;</li>
<li>Load and unload vehicles, pick up office supplies and deliver and collect packages, publications, correspondence, government documents including accreditations and visas, as well as other materials as directed;</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, garages and related work areas;</li>
<li>Inspect vehicles and perform daily vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and fuel/lubricants/water and other minor maintenance procedures as necessary;</li>
<li>Ensure the appropriate response to any road accidents and complete incident and accident reports when necessary and provide first aid to passengers in case of injuries caused by an accident;</li>
<li>Provide interpretation services to facilitate vehicle movements at entry gates, checkpoints, and at any other time during the transport of passengers;</li>
<li>Provide local know-how and practical support to the NLO staff in their day-to-day activities and interactions with Jordanian administration and structures, as well as local services.</li>

<p><strong>EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS</strong></p>
<p>The <strong>monthly basic salary</strong> for this post is <strong>1087,71 JOD (subject to local taxation)</strong>. The monthly basic salary will be reviewed every <strong>two years</strong> and is not exempt from taxation. Additional allowances or adjustments may be applied.</p>
<p>NATO may offer a one-year contract to the successful candidate, which may be renewed for subsequent periods.This possibility is based on the needs of NATO and on the performance of the incumbent.</p>

<p >Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery program in Amman is seeking a <strong>(1) Licensed Clinical Psychologist for a Full-Time contract.</strong></p>
<h3><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></h3>
<p>The Reconstructive Surgery Hospital provides specialized surgical and rehabilitation care, with an average of 550 admissions and over 1,000 surgeries annually. The facility has 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, as well as two operating theatres dedicated to orthopedic, maxillofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgeries. The hospital also includes an outpatient department (OPD) providing an average of 550 consultations per month, physiotherapy and psychosocial support services, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) activities, including Antimicrobial Stewardship, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and a microbiology laboratory.</p>
<p><strong>MAIN PRUPOSE</strong></p>
<p>Providing psychological support to patients according to MSF principles, standards and procedures to improve the patients’ mental health.</p>
<h3><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Carrying out the evaluation of the mental health needs of patients and establishing a diagnosis and a plan of treatment. Informing the patient and his/her relatives about the possible consequences of the illness and the drug treatment to follow and referring patients to other health professionals whenever necessary, to provide the most appropriate treatment and improve the patient's condition</li>
<li>Implementing the Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBV) protocol, identifying possible victims of SGBV, and referring them to the medical team so that they receive the necessary treatment.</li>

<p >Médecins Sans Frontières is running a reconstructive surgery program in Amman, which opened in 2006, is giving access to reconstructive surgery (orthopedic, plastic, and maxillo-facial) to war-wounded people providing comprehensive health care, MSF aims at identifying and referring patients from neighboring countries (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and other countries with conflicts) then ensuring their medical follow-up after discharge.</p>

<p><strong>Dimension of post</strong></p>
<p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 520 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 50 surgical beds and 69 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>
<h3>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>
<p>Carry out all activities aimed at addressing individuals’ social critical needs (related to assistance and/or protection), promoting their overall well-being and autonomy through social support, and strengthening com-munity-based social interventions (depending on the scope of the social work component in the project). These activities should consider the social determinants of health to ensure a holistic approach to people’s needs and to uphold the well-being, safety, agency and dignity of MSF patients.</p>

Analytical Reports - Deliver analytical reports and issue-based assessments on military and security developments to support the Special Envoy's good offices, engagement efforts, and strategic decision-making. Scenario Development and Risk Analysis - Develop military and security scenario papers, risk assessments, and forecasting products to inform mediation strategies and planning processes. Output 2: Technical Advice Military Coordination Committee Advisory Products - Produce technical assessments, briefing materials, and recommendations to advise the Special Envoy and support the Head of the Security Arrangements team with the engagement with the Military Coordination Committee and the Redeployment Coordination Committee. Stakeholder Consultation and Verification Reports - Produce briefing packages with advise and analysis of senior Yemeni and Regional stakeholders to inform SE/OSESGY security-track related consultations and prepare analytical reports and recommendations following SE/OSESGY consultations. Ceasefire Planning Support - Deliver technical advice, options papers, and analytical products on military aspects of ceasefire planning, implementation, monitoring, and related confidence-building measures.<br> Qualifications/special skills<br>Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in political science, international relations, international economics, security, war college graduate or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible professional experience in political affairs, international relations, defense, security, conflict resolution, disarmament, programme management, mediation support, or related fields is required. Relevant experience should include service at battalion command level (or equivalent) and above, as well as experience as a senior military adviser, military expert, or in a comparable strategic military advisory capacity. Experience related to the conflict in Yemen is desirable. Established professional engagement with senior military and security officials in the Gulf region is desirable.<br> Languages<br>English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. information about the organisation.<br> JOB CONTEXT: HI’s Regional Programme (Mashriq) coordinates missions in 4 different countries (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria).<br> The programme is covering the full mandate of HI – emergency, mine action and development with a strong focus on continuum and resilience.<br> The program has a total volume expected for 2026 of 12M Euros with 300 staff.<br> The main sectors of intervention are integrated rehabilitation and MHPSS, inclusive education, Economic inclusion including basic needs and economic recovery), Humanitarian mines actions and Inclusive Humanitarian Actions/Inclusive governance.<br> Education is one of the core sector of intervention in most of the countries within the region.<br> HI currently implements inclusive education projects caregivers.<br> YOUR MISSION: Based on the evolution of the context in the region, the Regional Rehabilitation Specialist will have to support the development of the Operational strategy and the revision of the sectorial strategy developed in the previous years to be adapted to the evolution of the context, especially in Lebanon.<br> Under the line management of the Technical Head of Program (THoP), you contribute to the implementation of the mandate of HI and the operational strategy of HI MASHRIQ program in your field of expertise, while respecting the HI DGA policy.<br> You ensure
