Purpose of role

We are seeking a Product Growth Manager to own the commercial growth motion, channels, segments, acquisition, and price modelling and to set the strategy, run the performance model, and make the engine efficient.

Key responsibilities

Growth strategy - Set the quarterly growth plan — which segments, which channels, in what order, and why. Own it end-to-end.

Segmentation & targeting - Define ICP, segment priorities, and the message-channel-segment matrix. Keep it current as the market shifts.

Performance marketing - Own paid acquisition — CAC, ROAS, channel efficiency. Brief and manage the Performance Marketeer on execution.

Requirements

Relevant bachelor's degree.

Experience in designing and running A/B tests with a documented methodology.

Understanding of PLG mechanics and how to design in-product acquisition loops.

Great writing skills; writing commercial briefs is a core output of this role and must be readable without translation.

BACKGROUND ON IMPACT AND REACH IMPACT Initiatives is a humanitarian NGO, based in Geneva, Switzerland. The organisation manages several initiatives, including the REACH Initiative. The IMPACT team comprises specialists in data collection, management and analysis, GIS and remote sensing. IMPACT was launched at the initiative of ACTED, an international NGO with headquarters based in Paris and presence in thirty countries. The two organizations have a strong complementarity formalized in a global partnership, which allows IMPACT to benefit from ACTED s operational support in its fields of intervention. We are currently looking for a Senior Assessment Officer to support our team in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) Position: Senior Assessment Officer Shelter & Site Management Contract duration: 3 months and half with possibility of extension (Pending funding confirmation). RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL SKILLS • Develop and implement specific Sites and Shelter based assessments. The candidate should have a technical interest in research development on areas relating to shelter vulnerability, displaced person vulnerabilities, site management (including site profiling, site community engagement, site care and maintenance) • Comprehensive secondary data review for triangulating relevant assessment data • Development of additional support materials to ensure operational efficiencies and output effectiveness, including necessary guidance notes, KII facilitation guides and training materials. • Analysis of the collected data and drafting of the relevant outputs (i.e., shelter vulnerability reporting). • Experience working with qualitative assessments would be an advantage • Experience in attending and/or facilitating joint analysis workshops (e.g. IPC) would be an advantage STAFF MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING • Based on the developed training materials, supporting the training of the trainers and data collection staff on assessment objectives and tools, including in collaboration with project implementation partners. • Promoting capacity building across the IMPACT oPt mission related to deepening analytical capacities using existing research (capacity building portfolio will depend on level of experience). • Providing day-to-day direct and indirect management of the research team within their workstream.
