<p>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth business activities.<br><br>Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.<br><br>Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.<br><br>Monitor top-selling products, identify stock gaps, and coordinate replenishment activities to maximize sales opportunities.<br><br>Manage inventory activities including receiving shipments, stock transfers, stock counts, damaged items, returns, and shrinkage control.<br><br>Ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are placed accurately to support business needs.<br><br>Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's appearance reflects brand guidelines at all times.<br><br>Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of sales areas, stockrooms, cash registers, and store facilities.<br><br>Prepare staff schedules based on business requirements, sales forecasts, and operational needs.<br><br>Set daily sales targets and communicate objectives clearly to the store team.<br><br>Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.<br><br>Conduct regular performance discussions and support employee development initiatives.<br><br>Manage store expenses and ensure operations remain within approved budgets.<br><br>Prepare and review reports related to sales, inventory, operational performance, and key business indicators.<br><br>Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and local regulations, including maintaining valid store licenses and employee documentation.<br><br>Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and share insights with management.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.<br><br>4-6 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.<br><br>Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.<br><br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<br><br>Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</p>
