This includes providing key support for overall Treasury and accounting management as well as assisting in the implementation of finance policies, procedures, and systems.</p><br><p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><br><p>• Managing all aspects of day-to-day operations of Treasury department.<br> • Assist in the implementation of finance policies, procedures, and systems.<br> • Processing of daily bank and cash payments in line with SCI Finance manual.<br> • Oversee Cash Management processes, weekend and month-end cash count, and cash balance monitoring process to ensure the sufficient cash flow is available to support the program operations in country and in the field.<br> • Liaison with bank on all banking issues.<br> • Ensure proper calculation and on-time payments of payroll, benefits and applicable taxes.<br> • Managing the month-end accounting close process, amortization, account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the ledgers, journal bathes and all supporting documentation in the country office and field offices (coding, approval, uploading...)<br> • Prepare the monthly financial report and any other required reporting to Regional Office and Centre Office in precise and timely manner.<br> • Review of Trial balance on daily basis and resolving issues in Balance sheet accounts.<br> • Tracking of pending items in the balance sheet and duly communicate to FO’s for the appropriate entry.<br> • Finalizing country program cash forecast each month.<br> • Maintaining close coordination with field and CO finance focal persons.<br> • Maintaining a schedule for monitoring and support to the field offices. <br> • Train finance field staff on preparation of effective cash forecast.<br> • Review the reclassifications proposed by program staff for eligibility in line with donor regulations an in line with SCI Financial policies.<br> • Ensure field offices receive adequate support to operate efficient accounting systems.<br> • Carry out inductions and staff trainings for finance procedures, donor requirements etc. <br> • Lead the audit processes within the assigned location. <p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) provides leadership for Anera's organization-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.</p><p>The Senior Manager will establish and maintain a comprehensive financial planning framework that provides management with timely, accurate, and actionable information for decision-making. The position will work closely with Finance, Programs, Business Development/Fundraising, and country leadership to ensure that organizational plans are financially sustainable and appropriately aligned with available restricted and unrestricted resources.</p><p>A key responsibility of the position is strengthening Anera's budgeting and forecasting processes across headquarters and country offices and ensuring that financial projections are supported by realistic assumptions regarding program implementation, funding, staffing, indirect cost recovery, and organizational <p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p>
<p>The project manager (PM) working for Leaders International for Economic Development is a full-time position based in Jordan. The PM should ensure the successful implementation of Leaders’ projects, through successful timely delivery of all activities, and coordination between the donor and other relevant partners. The project manager will ensure quality monitoring of results & indicators and oversee the coordination between the different partners. The PM will report directly to the Projects Manager.</p>
<p><strong>Job Tasks and Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<p>• Responsible for the development and delivery of detailed projects’ implementation plans, ensuring all plans are on track.</p>
<p>• Ensuring project targets and results are all met.</p>
<p>• Develop and maintain strong relations with project partners and stakeholders.</p>
<p>• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-project reports.</p>
<p><strong>Reporting Functions:</strong></p>
<p>• Ensure all reports sent to donors are reviewed by senior management and presented in high-quality standards.</p>
<p>• Ensure monitoring of all ongoing project phases—and maintain a full supervisory role over partner deliverables.</p>
<p>Communication functions</p>
<p>Monitor all project progress against the action plan, KPI targets, and budget, ensuring necessary adjustments are made when needed</p>
<p>• Ensure coordination with all project partners, community hubs, and private sector employers when necessary.</p>
<p>• Coordinate with other Leaders International projects in Jordan and internationally to exploit potential synergies in digital upskilling and market placement.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: </strong></p>
<p>• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field, preferably in International Business, Social Sciences, Humanitarian field, or related topics.</p>
<p>• Experience in managing and implementing regional or national digital upskilling and youth economic empowerment activities.</p>
<p>• Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the NGO sector, a minimum of 2 years of which must have been in a supervisory role.</p>
<p>• Background in managing and implementing livelihood projects in the region with a special focus on vulnerable youth, women (~50% target), and refugees.</p>
<p>• Provide necessary technical and methodological support for labor market assessments and take a leading role in curriculum and project development.</p>
<p>Personal and Professional Qualities</p>
<p>• Strong ability to work with diverse groups/individuals – ranging from local partners, association, and the private sector.</p>
<p>• In-depth knowledge of the Jordanian business environment and local labor markets across all 12 governorates.</p>
<p>• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills to manage risk mitigations and operational bottlenecks.</p>
<p><strong> Skills and Abilities: </strong></p>
<p>Experience in project management, planning, monitoring, and evaluation (MEAL).</p>
<p>• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</p>
<p>• Good interpersonal skills, able to deal diplomatically and flexibly with a range of different people (government stakeholders, donors, private sector executives, and grassroots youth).</p>
<p>• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.</p>
