The role works closely with the Country Director, headquarters, technical teams in the Jordan office as well as regionally, and external partners to strengthen Amideast s market positioning and pursue new opportunities. The incumbent manages the business development process from opportunity identification through proposal submission by researching donor priorities and client needs, pursuing and meeting with new potential clients, assessing Amideast s service portfolio, and working with technical and operational teams to design responsive, feasible solutions. The role prepares competitive technical and cost proposals, ensures compliance with Amideast s internal processes, secures required approvals, meets submission deadlines, and maintains relationships with current and prospective donors and clients to support sustainable organizational growth. Externally, it engages with donors, partners, and coordination platforms, representing Plan International Jordan in relevant forums as delegated, to promote collaboration, visibility, and alignment with the Country Strategy.</p><p>ACCOUNTABILITIES Partnerships and Business Development Support</p><ul><li>Head of RM in the day-to-day identification of funding opportunities and partners coordination with different stakeholders internally and externally.</li><li>Support the drafting of responsive, compliant and high quality technical proposals to a range of donors (desk review, drafting of proposal narrative, collecting and collating relevant information)</li><li>Develop and implement contextually relevant guidance and tools to promote equitable partnership approaches and enhance the quality of program work when collaborating with partners with clear RM linkages.
