DevOps owns the CI/CD pipeline, AKS, and infrastructure execution; a fractional vCISO and GRC platform own the audit itself, this role supplies and maintains the evidence for the controls it builds.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Main Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Application Security Testing</li><li>Introduces and tunes DAST against running applications; triages findings and drives fixes.</li><li>Deploys and owns a semantic SAST engine tuned for TypeScript / React / Node; owns the rules, triage, and merge-block policy.</li><li>Detection Engineering & Response</li><li>Builds the detection layer on the SIEM: correlation rules, alerts, and incident playbooks.</li><li>Defines and tunes runtime workload detection in AKS and file-integrity monitoring.</li><li>Owns what is detected and how the organization responds, while DevOps stands up SIEM infrastructure, log shipping, and agent deployment.</li><li>Edge & Network Controls</li><li>Owns the WAF ruleset: tunes the OWASP ruleset, defines exceptions, and confirms Prevention mode and that logs reach the SIEM.</li><li>Vulnerability Management as a Program</li><li>Stands up a vulnerability aggregator: dedups across scanners, assigns owner and risk-based SLA per finding, drives ticketing, and surfaces SLA breaches on a dashboard.</li><li>Defines secret-scanning policy (pre-commit and history sweep) and unifies the release gate across all scanners.</li><li>Assurance & Evidence</li><li>Manages the ASV scan and annual penetration-test vendors; triages results and drives remediation.</li><li>Produces and maintains evidence for owned controls, alongside the vCISO and GRC platform, to support SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS 4.0 assessments (supports, but does not run, the audit).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>We are looking for a Senior Fortinet Security Engineer with hands-on experience in FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager to support security compliance implementation across multiple retail outlets. The role involves centralized firewall management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise security operations.</p>

<p>The Liaison Officer will provide dedicated coordination and administrative support to facilitate the effective delivery of the International Ammunition Technician Course conducted in Jordan for Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) personnel. The role is specifically designed to assist the newly deployed Training Lead (TL) in managing daily and weekly operational, logistical, translation, and coordination requirements associated with the course, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and uninterrupted execution of training activities.</p>
<p>The Liaison Officer will support translation of technical training delivering as required, other duties will be to ensure that all enabling functions, such as coordination with military counterparts, scheduling, documentation, and logistical follow‑up, are managed efficiently and in accordance with organisational procedures and national protocols.</p>

<li>Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between the project team, the Technical Field Managers (TFMs) Training Lead, and designated Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) focal points.</li>
<li>Facilitate official communication and coordination with JAF and administrative offices to support course implementation.</li>
<li>Translate training delivery where needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate access permissions, entry procedures, and movement within military installations in line with national military regulations.</li>
<li>Support the TFMs in arranging meetings, briefings, and coordination sessions with JAF counterparts and other relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Represent the organisation in routine coordination meetings when required and relay outcomes to the TFMs and project management.</li>
<li>Ensure cultural and institutional sensitivities are respected in all interactions with national counterparts.</li>
<li>Understand all stakeholder organisational structures and operate within their boundaries.</li>
<li>Ensure relevant and transparent communications on all program issues.</li>

<li>Responsible for Procurement and logistics planning, coordination, follow up on deliveries with procurement and logistics department. </li>
<li>Assist the TFMs in preparing and maintaining detailed weekly and daily activity plans for the duration of the course.</li>
<li>Track implementation of planned activities, including classroom sessions, practical exercises, site visits, and administrative milestones.</li>
<li>Maintain an updated course schedule and ensure timely dissemination of changes to all concerned parties.</li>
<li>Monitor the availability and readiness of training venues, equipment, and supporting services, and follow up with responsible entities to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Support the organization of opening and closing ceremonies, official visits, and evaluation events as required.</li>
<li>Highlight and address the TFMs problems that partner organisations encounter during partner collaboration and cooperation.</li>

<li>Support the preparation and translation (if required) of administrative documents, schedules, and routine correspondence between English and Arabic.</li>

<li>Draft short weekly coordination summaries highlighting key activities, challenges, and mitigation measures.</li>
<li>Maintain logs of meetings, decisions, and action points, ensuring they are tracked to completion.</li>
<li>Support the compilation of end‑of‑course administrative reports and lessons learned related to coordination and logistics.</li>
