<p>Assists in preparing detailed electrical designs through CAD software for building projects such as schools, hospitals, clinics, shelters, warehouses, and rehousing initiatives including renewable, energy, PV and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with Agency policies, design criteria, standards, and both local and international codes of practice, and incorporating green elements and safety needs to achieve the most cost effective and reliable solution. Contributes to the tender documents preparation related to electrical works, including drafting specifications for non-standard items, and preparing relevant descriptions for inclusion in Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and cost estimate. Provides technical support for electrical alteration works in Agency premises, including preparing assessment technical reports on the existing electrical systems, inspections, and remediation requirements.
