Customer Service Advisor - English Speakers

  • Responsible for communicating with customers’ via multiple channels
  • Responsible for handling customers’ interactions
  • Answer all incoming requests and address customers’ problems in a timely manner
  • Re-direct requests as per the set processes and take full information as required
  • Log all necessary interaction details as instructed
  • Follow company procedures when handling incoming and outgoing interactions with the ability to resolve and close issues
  • Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed


Skills

The minimum requirements for this position are;

  • Candidate must be fluent in English (level B2 or higher) and Arabic
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages
  • Ability to work alternating shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Reporting skills
