Admin. department 

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Preparing salaries, social security, income tax …etc.
  • Control and translate documents
  • Requests of payments
  • Procurement
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Other duties assigned by Management.

Finance department

  • Record accounting transactions on QuickBooks.
  • Prepare management accounts (all statements) quarterly.
  • Prepare the final accounts annually and be responsible for the quarterly closing.
  • Prepare the ISTD tax application.
  • Prepare the monthly treasury report and bank reconciliations.
  • Other duties assigned by Management.

Skills

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administration and Accounting (minimum 5 years of experience).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree in the related field. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic languages).
  • Excellent command of the English language with one of the below certificates:
  • TOEFL: 90-100 score.
  • TOEIC: not less than 800 score.
  • IELTS: not less than 6.5 score.
