                                                    Training and Development Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:

1. Establishing job competencies for each position and analyse training needs based on
employee training gaps.
2. Preparing the annual training plan, determining the estimated budget and
implementing it
3. Manage and monitor day-to-day training operations and ensure that all are in line
with set training plans and objectives.
4. Measuring the impact of training, evaluating training centers and programs, and
assessing employee satisfaction with the training.
5. Manage the job-specific and cross-training process.
6. Oversee the on boarding, orientation and welcoming program for new employees.
7. Managing an examination system to assess the knowledge competencies of current
and new employees.
8. Manage the process of setting goals and key performance indicators and distributing
them to employees
9. Manage& monitor employee’s performance evaluation.
10. Manage the process of succession planning and ensure the readiness of suitable
replacements.
11. Prepare, develop, and update the career path plan.
12. Develop and execute the employee engagement activities plan.
13. Conduct surveys to measure employee’s satisfaction.
14. The ability to provide suggestions and recommendations to improve the work
environment.


Skills and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or any
related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, knowledge in
KPIs, training& Development “Talent management”.
3. Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and regulations.
4. Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compensation.
5. Strong knowledge of salary structures
6. Additional HR Certifications are a plus.
7. High level of written and spoken English language.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Jordanian nationality.
