<p>مهندس برمجيات أول – Flutter وFirebase وGo</p><p>الموقع: عمّان، الأردن – من مقر الشركة<br>نوع الدوام: دوام كامل</p><p>نبذة عن الشركة:</p><p>نحن شركة أمريكية تعمل في مجال شراء وإعادة تدوير السيارات في منطقة شيكاغو، ولدينا فريق عمليات مكوّن من 10 موظفين في الأردن.</p><p>تعتمد جميع عملياتنا اليومية على أنظمة نقوم بتطويرها داخليًا، وتشمل إدارة الديسباتش، وأسطول شاحنات سحب السيارات، واستلام المركبات، ومخزون قطع الغيار، وإدارة الموظفين والرواتب.</p><p>نبحث عن مهندس برمجيات أول للانضمام إلى فريقنا الهندسي والمساهمة في تطوير وإدارة منصة تشغيلية حقيقية يستخدمها يوميًا السائقون وموظفو الديسباتش وموظفو ساحات السيارات.</p><p>المهام والمسؤوليات:</p><ul><li>تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات Flutter للويب وAndroid وiOS.</li><li>تطوير وإدارة خدمات Firebase، بما يشمل Firestore وAuthentication وCloud Functions وFCM.</li><li>تطوير وصيانة واجهات API باستخدام Go وقاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL.</li><li>تنفيذ الميزات كاملة من تحليل المتطلبات وحتى الاختبار والنشر والتحقق من عملها في بيئة الإنتاج.</li><li>تشخيص المشكلات التشغيلية وإصلاح الأعطال التي تؤثر في المستخدمين والموظفين بسرعة.</li><li>كتابة كود منظم وقابل للصيانة، مع اختبارات ومراجعات واضحة.</li><li>إعداد Merge Requests صغيرة ومنظمة ومرتبطة بتذاكر العمل.</li><li>إدارة عمليات البناء والنشر من خلال GitLab CI وCodemagic وTestFlight وShorebird.</li><li>تطبيق أفضل ممارسات حماية البيانات وأمان الأنظمة.</li><li>مراقبة أداء التطبيق والخدمات بعد النشر والتحقق من نجاح الإصدارات الجديدة.</li><li>التعاون المباشر مع الإدارة وفريق العمليات لفهم المشكلات وتحويلها إلى حلول برمجية عملية.</li></ul><p>المتطلبات الأساسية:</p><ul><li>خبرة قوية وعملية في Flutter وDart لتطبيقات الهواتف والويب.</li><li>خبرة متقدمة في Firebase، خصوصًا Firestore وAuth وCloud Functions وFCM.</li><li>خبرة في تطوير الأنظمة الخلفية باستخدام Go، أو خبرة قوية في Node.js مع الاستعداد للعمل باستخدام Go.</li><li>خبرة جيدة في PostgreSQL وSQL وتصميم قواعد البيانات.</li><li>خبرة في REST APIs والتكامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية.</li><li>فهم جيد لأنظمة Git وGitLab وعمليات CI/CD.</li><li>خبرة في نشر تطبيقات Android وiOS وإدارة الإصدارات.</li><li>القدرة على التعامل المسؤول والآمن مع أنظمة وبيانات الإنتاج.</li><li>القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحمل مسؤولية المهام من البداية إلى النهاية.</li><li>مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً، خصوصًا في التذاكر والتوثيق الفني.</li><li>خبرة عملية مثبتة في إطلاق تطبيقات أو أنظمة حقيقية مستخدمة في بيئة الإنتاج.</li></ul><p>تُعد ميزة إضافية:</p><ul><li>خبرة في Shorebird والتحديثات المباشرة لتطبيقات Flutter.</li><li>خبرة في Codemagic وTestFlight وGoogle Play Console.</li><li>خبرة في Docker أو Google Cloud Platform.</li><li>خبرة في أنظمة الخرائط، والإشعارات، وتتبع المواقع، أو إدارة أساطيل المركبات.</li><li>خبرة في الأنظمة التشغيلية أو اللوجستية أو تطبيقات الشركات الداخلية.</li></ul><p>طبيعة العمل:</p><p>هذه وظيفة تنفيذ وتطوير فعلية وليست وظيفة تعتمد على الاجتماعات. نبحث عن شخص قادر على استلام الميزة، تطويرها، اختبارها، نشرها، ثم التأكد من عملها بصورة صحيحة في بيئة الإنتاج.</p><p>الدوام من مقر الشركة في عمّان، مع ضرورة وجود تداخل جزئي في ساعات العمل مع فريق الإدارة في التوقيت المركزي الأمريكي. سيتم توضيح ساعات الدوام أثناء المقابلة.</p><p>الراتب والمزايا:</p><ul><li>راتب تنافسي يُحدد وفقًا للخبرة العملية ومستوى المرشح.</li><li>إمكانية الدفع بالدينار الأردني أو ما يعادله بالدولار الأمريكي.</li><li>العمل على منتج حقيقي ومستقر يُستخدم يوميًا.</li><li>صلاحيات ومسؤوليات واضحة وفرصة للتأثير المباشر في المنتج.</li><li>بيئة عمل تعتمد على الثقة، والإنجاز، ووضوح النتائج.</li></ul><p>طريقة التقديم:</p><p>يرجى إرسال السيره الذاتيه تتضمن التالي:</p><ol><li>رسالة قصيرة تشرح أهم نظام أو تطبيق حقيقي قمت بتطويره وإطلاقه.</li><li>توضيح مسؤوليتك الشخصية في المشروع والتقنيات التي استخدمتها.</li><li>الراتب المتوقع والمدة اللازمة للالتحاق بالعمل.</li></ol><p>المشاريع الحقيقية والكود الفعلي أهم لدينا من الشهادات</p><p>Senior Software Engineer – Flutter, Firebase &amp; Go</p><p>Location: Amman, Jordan — On-site<br>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p>About Us</p><p>We are a US-based automotive purchasing and recycling company serving the Chicago area, with a 10-person operations team in Jordan.</p><p>Our daily operation runs on software we build internally, including dispatch, tow-fleet management, vehicle intake, parts inventory, employee management, and payroll.</p><p>We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Amman and help develop, maintain, and improve a live production platform used every day by drivers, dispatchers, and yard staff.</p><p>What You’ll Work On</p><p>Our technology stack includes:</p><ul><li>Flutter applications for web, Android, and iOS</li><li>Firebase, including Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and FCM</li><li>Go-based APIs with PostgreSQL</li><li>GitLab CI and Codemagic</li><li>TestFlight and Google Play release workflows</li><li>Shorebird over-the-air updates</li><li>Third-party APIs, maps, notifications, and operational integrations</li></ul><p>Your Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build and maintain Flutter applications across mobile and web.</li><li>Develop and maintain Firebase services, Cloud Functions, and Firestore data flows.</li><li>Build and support backend APIs using Go and PostgreSQL.</li><li>Own features end-to-end: understand the requirement, write the code and tests, submit the merge request, deploy the release, and verify it in production.</li><li>Investigate and fix operational issues affecting real users and employees.</li><li>Create small, clean merge requests linked to clear tickets.</li><li>Write accurate technical notes, deployment summaries, and changelogs.</li><li>Maintain and improve CI/CD and mobile release pipelines.</li><li>Monitor releases and verify application behavior after deployment.</li><li>Apply strong security and data-handling practices when working with production systems.</li><li>Work directly with management and operations staff to turn real business problems into reliable software solutions.</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong production experience with Flutter and Dart across mobile and web.</li><li>Advanced practical experience with Firebase, particularly Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and FCM.</li><li>Backend development experience with Go, or strong Node.js experience with the ability to work effectively in Go.</li><li>Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, database design, and REST APIs.</li><li>Experience with Git, GitLab, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Experience releasing and maintaining Android and iOS applications.</li><li>A strong understanding of production security and responsible data handling.</li><li>The ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.</li><li>Written English sufficient for tickets, merge requests, and technical documentation.</li><li>A proven record of shipping and supporting real production software.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience with Shorebird and Flutter over-the-air updates.</li><li>Experience with Codemagic, TestFlight, and Google Play Console.</li><li>Experience with Docker or Google Cloud Platform.</li><li>Experience with maps, location tracking, notifications, fleet management, or logistics systems.</li><li>Experience building internal operational or enterprise applications.</li></ul><p>How We Work</p><p>This is a hands-on software delivery role, not a meeting-heavy position. You will be expected to take responsibility for your work from implementation through production verification.</p><p>The position is based at our office in Amman, Jordan. Some overlap with US Central Time will be required.
