<p>نظرة عامة عن الدور</p><p>انضم إلى فريقنا الطبي والإداري في الأردن كـ ممرضة قانونية، حيث نعمل على تيسير وتوثيق الإجراءات الطبية والالتزامات القانونية المرتبطة بالرعاية الصحية. ستتعاون مع الفرق الطبية والهيئات التنظيمية لضمان الامتثال، حماية حقوق المرضى، وتسهيل سير العمل بحُسن وفاعلية. تقع ضمن منطقة عمان وتدعم المستشفيات والعيادات وشركات الرعاية الصحية في تحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.</p><p>المسؤوليات والواجبات الأساسية</p><ul><li>تقديم الدعم الطبي-القانوني للفرق الطبية والإدارية في المسائل المرتبطة بالمرضى، الإقرارات القانونية، والتوثيق المناسب.</li><li>إعداد ومراجعة المستندات القانونية والطبية مثل الموافقات، التفويضات، وإجراءات السرية والخصوصية وفق القوانين المحلية والدولية المعمول بها.</li><li>التنسيق مع الجهات التنظيمية والجهات الأمنية والصحية لضمان الامتثال والإبلاغ عن أي مسائل امتثال أو حوادث.</li><li>إدارة عمليات التوثيق الطبي والرقابي، وحفظ السجلات الطبية وفق سياسات المستشفى أو المؤسسة.</li><li>تقديم التدريب والتوجيه لفرق الرعاية الصحية حول قضايا الخصوصية، حماية البيانات، وإجراءات الإبلاغ عن الأخطاء/الوقائع المزعجة.</li><li>المساعدة في التحقق من الامتثال للوائح الصحة العامة وخطط الاستجابة في حالات الطوارئ.</li><li>المساهمة في إعداد تقارير الامتثال والدراسات القانونية المرتبطة بالرعاية الصحية.</li></ul><p>المؤهلات والمتطلبات</p><ul><li>درجة جامعية في التمريض (بكالوريوس/ليسانس) من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها.</li><li>خبرة من 2 إلى 10 سنوات في المجال التمريضي مع التركيز على الجوانب القانونية أو الإدارية/التوثيق الطبي.</li><li>معرفةً جيدة بأنظمة ولوائح الرعاية الصحية المحلية والدولية، مثل قوانين الخصوصية وحماية البيانات وسجلات المرضى.</li><li>إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة، والإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية في التوثيق والتواصل المهني).</li><li>مهارات تنظيمية عالية، دقة في العمل، والقدرة على إدارة الوقت والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.</li><li>قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق، مع مهارات تواصل فعالة وتقديم المشورة القانونية الطبية بشكل واضح.</li></ul><p>المهارات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>إتقان إجراءات التوثيق الطبي والخصوصية السريرية.</li><li>فهم إجراءات التصريح والتوثيق القانوني والتعامل مع السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية.</li><li>إلمام بمعايير الامتثال والمساءلة الطبية والتدقيق الداخلي.</li><li>مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وتفصيلية مع القدرة على إعداد التقارير بشكل دقيق.</li><li>اتصال فعال مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والجهات التنظيمية.</li></ul><p>الفوائد والمزايا</p><ul><li>راتب تنافسي يتماشى مع الخبرة والكفاءة.</li><li>تأمين صحي وبدلات إجتماعية وفق سياسات الشركة.</li><li>فرص تطوير مهني وبرامج تدريب مستمر في مجالات التمريض القانوني والامتثال.</li><li>بيئة عمل داعمة وفرص للتقدم الوظيفي في قطاع الرعاية الصحية.</li></ul>
