Job DescriptionPositionManager – Finance & AccountsDepartment - Finance & AccountsReports To - Head of FinanceJob Summary - The Manager – Finance & Accounts is responsible for leading the organization’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, taxation, treasury management, and internal controls. They assess, contribute to diagnosis, and provide therapy for individuals dealing with psychological challenges. Their responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, offering counseling, implementing therapeutic techniques, and promoting overall mental health and well-being. Psychologists often collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and represent mental health awareness and interventions.
