The Agency provides direct, government-like services in these fields, including education, health care, relief and social services, protection, infrastructure and camp improvement, microfinance and emergency assistance, in 2025 serving over 3.25 million Palestine refugees and other eligible persons. <h4>Role overview</h4>
<p>We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting drivers, encouraging them to register on the platform, and motivating inactive drivers to take trips. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, target-driven, and able to build positive relationships with drivers through daily interactions.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>

<li>Contact drivers through calls and WhatsApp to support registration and onboarding activities</li>
<li>Persuade and encourage drivers to actively take trips on the platform</li>
<li>Conduct daily follow-ups with drivers and maintain strong communication</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with drivers and address their concerns professionally</li>
<li>Achieve daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth driver onboarding experience</li>

<h4>Requirements</h4>

<li>Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field is a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication and persuasion skills</li>
<li>Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly</li>
<li>Highly disciplined, organized, and target-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Good problem-solving and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Arabic; basic English is a plus</li>
