The ideal candidate is a curious, forward-thinking technologist who combines technical proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and AI services with the consultative ability to translate business questions into data solutions - championing KEO's data literacy journey, embedding AI into reporting workflows, and ensuring all data practices meet governance, privacy, and compliance standards.</p> <p><strong>KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>Data Foundations & Data Quality Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>AI success is only possible with strong data foundations. This pillar is non-negotiable.</li> <li>Design, build, and maintain robust relational data models that support accurate, consistent, and trustworthy reporting across KEO business units.</li> <li>Design, build, and maintain robust relational data models, applying strong SQL skills and transformation logic to extract, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple source systems including Autodesk Construction Cloud, ERP, HRIS, and project management platforms. </li> <li>Define and enforce data quality standards - implementing validation rules, profiling routines, and a central data dictionary covering field definitions, lineage, and transformation rules to ensure all AI inputs are accurate, transparent, and auditable. </li> <li>Manage data integration workflows and ETL/ELT pipeline concepts, working with the Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure data flows are reliable and fault tolerant.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI Literacy, Enablement & Innovation Scouting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Curiosity and innovation mindset are the #1 differentiators of this role. assessing feasibility, data readiness, and expected ROI across use cases including project risk prediction, resource forecasting, cost variance analysis, document intelligence, and automated reporting. </li> <li>Design and build lightweight AI proof-of-concept solutions using Microsoft Fabric AI, Azure OpenAI, or Azure Machine Learning, presenting results to the Enterprise Digital Solutions Manager and CIO in clear, business-focused language. </li> <li>Track business value delivered by implemented AI solutions and work with software developers to scale successful POCs into production, providing clear requirements, data specifications, and evaluation criteria.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data Governance, Privacy & Responsible AI</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and maintain KEO's data governance framework -
