<p>We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist responsible for managing incoming support requests and operational queries from clients in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.</p>

<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>

<h4>Your key responsibilities</h4>
<p>As a senior consultant / assistant manager you will work with leading organizations in MENA to assist them manage their finance functions to drive efficiency and provide better financial insight. This is about changing the role of finance from transactional processing to supporting the business make better decisions.</p>

<li>Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making for client senior management.</li>
<li>Experience in public financial management covering budget preparation and execution, revenue assurance and cost optimization areas.</li>

<li>Support the client in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget analysis.</li>
<li>Knowledge in process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC), and Record-To-Report (RTR).</li>
<li>Ability to assess and incorporate AI and advanced analytics solutions into finance transformation initiatives, particularly to enhance cost management, process optimization, and decision-making capabilities.</li>
<li>Good understanding in digital finance and ERP implementation methodologies through proven experience of SAP or Oracle implementation projects, including BRDs, designing processes as per the ERP standard process, understanding key modules and standard functionalities.</li>
<li>Solid experience in preparing and designing dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics and support clients in generating and designing financial reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Prepare, deliver and present high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to client senior management.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel across MENA on a regular basis for client services.</li>

<h4>To qualify for the role, you must have</h4>

<li>Approximately 3 to 4 years of recent relevant finance transformation and financial planning work experience in a leading business consulting organization or accounting organization.</li>

<li>Skills in delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations.</li>
