<p>Participates in the development and monitors the implementation of functional Sales procedures, to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.<br>Supervises the activities and work of subordinates (ex. monthly plans for supervisors), to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes, and procedures.<br>Coaches and motivates the sales team, in order to ensure that they perform and provide a consistent service to customers and meet their sales targets.<br>Communicates with the internal marketing team and other entities on a regular basis, to arrange for product knowledge training and other activities pertaining to the execution of the marketing plan to meet annual sales targets for a group of specialized products.<br>Provides data on company products and performance against those of competitors, to ensure that the company is aware of market trends and can offer products/services that are competitive in the market for a group of specialized products.<br>Assists in the preparation of the budget, to ensure that the activities within this unit are implemented and processed as per the assigned budget.<br>Supervises central distribution processes and closely monitors demand from customers, to ensure they are processed in an efficient and timely manner.<br>Follows up with the outcome of deliveries and invoices, in order to keep track of the daily sales performance of commercial teams and focus on achieving the targeted KPI`s (sales & collection).<br>Establishes and maintains a good and long-term business relationship with the key accounts and big customers, in order to optimize Hikma sales with the engagement of customers.</p><br>
