<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Accounts for all materials and/or support equipment being shipped out of, and received, at the facility. Ensures parts due in from maintenance (DIFM) are properly tracked and takes appropriate actions to meet applicable deadlines. Keeps a running inventory of stock/equipment using appropriate software. Researches and orders parts, materials, and tools for use to ensure maintenance operational capabilities. Ensures the overall serviceability of all support equipment and related items. Keeps track of all assigned government property entering and leaving the facility. Processes paperwork, including filing DD-1149s, for all supply/support activities. Ensures proper allotment of material and/or equipment to appropriate maintenance personnel in support of maintenance operations.</p>

<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Performs warehousing and support program duties in support of maintenance operations within the site at the comprehensive level.</li>
<li>Assists in verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and damages.</li>
<li>Routes materials and parts to prescribed storage locations and/or facilities as needed for operational support.</li>
<li>Stores, stacks, or palletizes materials and/or equipment in accordance with applicable technical guidelines.</li>
<li>Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials/equipment and documents within assigned database.</li>
<li>Performs the examination of stored materials and reports deterioration and damage; removes material from storage and prepares it for shipment.</li>
<li>May operate hand and/or power trucks and/or equipment in performing warehousing and support duties.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous quality assurance duties including CTK inspections, inventory process checks, inspecting and examining materials, article inspections, etc.</li>
<li>Supports supervisor with inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies and equipment in accordance with applicable Air Force Instructions (AFIs).</li>
<li>Supervises, trains, and provides mentorship to subordinate personnel in support/supply functions.</li>

<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of three years actual supply/support experience and/or combination of related aircraft maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Must possess comprehensive knowledge of governing supply and/or support systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.</li>
<li>Must have the comprehensive analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data, establish facts, and take recommended actions based upon applicable established guidelines.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform increment monitor duties to include but not limited to equipment/cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with computerized databases, spreadsheets, and computerized inventory management programs.</li>

<li>Must have good planning and organizational skills.</li>

The organization supports evidence-based decision-making for humanitarian and development programming through data collection, analysis, and dissemination. IMPACT is the implementing partner of REACH, a multi-agency initiative created in 2010 that supports humanitarian actors to improve planning and decision-making through in-depth, reliable information and analysis. All of IMPACT s programs are implemented in support of humanitarian coordination structures. IMPACT s team comprises specialists in data collection, management, and analysis, as well as experts in humanitarian response, GIS, and remote sensing. We are currently looking for a Multi-Country Representative (MCR) to oversee integrated missions and lead regional engagement in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Position : Multi-Country Representative (MCR) Contract duration : 24 months (100%) Location : Amman, Jordan Starting Date : ASAP. REGIONAL PROFILE In 2025, IMPACT opened a Regional Hub in Amman, Jordan. This office hosts integrated missions across MENA, including country-based or remote programmes that are not sustainable as fully independent missions. The office also hosts regional and support teams. As of June 2026, IMPACT has two independent missions in MENA (OPT and Syria) and three integrated missions (Yemen, Lebanon, and Libya). FUNCTIONS Under the supervision of the IMPACT Regional Coordinator for MENA and Asia, the MCR leads and manages the Multi-Country Office and the regional Hub in Amman.
