<p><h4>Job purpose</h4>
<p>Exists to design and develop high-quality SharePoint applications (online or on-premises) to serve the business need. Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design. Select and work with the best SDLC model for different digital solutions required from the internal customer. Adhere to best practices and pursue continued learning opportunities.</p>

<p>Oversee the SharePoint user access and application deployment.</p>
<strong>SharePoint technologies:</strong><br>
<p>Maintain and help administer SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Perform typical administrative activities such as backup, restore, site creation, and user issue resolution.</p>
<strong>Configuration:</strong><br>
<p>Configure and maintain document libraries, lists, and WSS site collections and deploy SharePoint at the enterprise level in a distributed environment. Participate in the gathering of requirements and documentation from non-technical business users.</p>
<strong>Development:</strong><br>
<p>Work with business users to gather requirements, write specifications, and code changes needed to install and support SharePoint customization, changes, and enhancements. Apply industry-standard object-oriented programming best practices and design patterns. Develop, test, and refine the applications to meet stakeholder requirements and establish user interface design. Isolate, diagnose, repair, and resolve software problems.</p>
<strong>Design:</strong><br>
<p>Create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages, particularly those related to SharePoint. Create functional design documents, translate the business requirements into system requirements, create a prototype of recommended solutions, demo to the users, and implement the solution including new site creation, configuration, and custom workflows.</p>
<strong>Coaching and mentoring:</strong><br>
<p>Provide the necessary technical guidance and support for junior consultants to ensure the team can produce high-quality technical solutions with a very low defect rate while meeting deadlines. Provide general program management and consulting tasks to support the other areas of the governance team with business planning.</p>

<h1>1.BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT</h1>
<p>Oxfam has been working in Jordan since 1990, responding to the Syrian refugee crisis and addressing structural inequalities affecting vulnerable populations, including women and girls with disabilities. Oxfam's programming focuses on ensuring equitable access to essential services, promoting gender justice, and advocating for the rights of marginalized groups.</p>
<p>This assignment falls under a project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC), implemented by Oxfam in partnership with FOCCEC (Forearm for change). The project aims to support and enhance access to health services for vulnerable females in Jordan by enhancing inclusive health services and improving the quality of reproductive health care for women and girls of different ages, with a particular focus on persons with disabilities (PWDs) accessing these services.</p>
<p>This Terms of Reference seeks to engage a qualified service provider to facilitate participatory sessions with PWD to identify physical and procedural barriers faced when utilizing these facilities.</p>

<h1>2.SPECIFICATION OF GOODS OR SERVICES OR WORK REQUIRED</h1>
<p>To conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit of Two designated health centers that will be located in Two locations out of the following three ( Zarqa, Amman, Irbid)Further more facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with PWDs to gather qualitative data on their experiences when it comes to reach Health centers ,PWD feedback will be used to utilize upon creating the accessibility Plans, The goal is to produce a prioritized, costed, and regulation-compliant plan to make each health center PWD-friendly.</p>
<p>Furthermore, Oxfam might add one task which is Train Health Workers and Community Leaders on How to deal with PWD with primer focus on SRHR ,the organization is open for those who wish to share training manuals or Topics to be covered based on their Experience.</p>

<h1>3.METHODOLOGY</h1>
<p>The consultant is expected to:</p>

<li>Review Project Main Documents</li>
<li>Review the existing Construction Code and relevant national disability/inclusion policies to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Organize and conduct at least 6Focus Group Discussions in two governorates with PWDs, in addition to KII, aiming to consult with up to 100 persons from PWD and Health Worker. The participants must represent a diverse range of disabilities, including but not limited to:
<ol>
<li>Physical/Mobility impairments (wheelchair users, crutch users).</li>
<li>Visual impairments.</li>
<li>Hearing impairments.</li>
<li>Intellectual/psychosocial disabilities.</li>
</ol>
</li>
</ul>
<p>FGB will be conducted to highlight and understand the limitations, challenges, and risks PWDs face when accessing health centers (e.g., entrance, waiting areas, consultation rooms, bathrooms, and signage).</p>
<p>Conduct FGDs with Health Workers to identify their Training Gaps and Misconceptions</p>
<ul>
<li>Visit each of the 2-3 health centers provided by the Oxfam to conduct physical inspections.</li>
<li>For each health center, develop a detailed clear accessibility plan (Slandered Requirements, Detailed description, Environmental Risks, Mitigation measure, Building Codes, etc..) that include:</li>

<li>A list of current barriers.</li>
<li>Recommended Materials with clear Specification (The specific type of material needed (e.g., aluminium ramps, tactile paving, grab bars, beds, Material utilize braille language, Customized leaflet and Brochures..etc)</li>
<li>Each recommended item must be explicitly referenced and linked to the specific clause/number of the national construction code/regulation (e.g., "Item: x - Regulation xxxx</li>
<li>The number of units/tools needed per center.</li>
<li>Items detailed specification with Picture of it, Approximate cost per tool and total cost for the enhancement needed for each center.</li>
<li>A summary table ranking the required modifications across all centers based on urgency, cost, and impact.</li>

<p>This is to announce that Amman delegation has a <strong><u>vacancy</u></strong> for a <strong>Trainer</strong><strong> at</strong> the <strong>Learning & Development Department</strong><strong> in Amman, Jordan.</strong></p>
<p>The Trainer 3 is an active member of the Regional Learning Unit -LRU- and contributes to meeting its objectives. S/he leads and/or co-facilitates ICRC LnD learning programmes/courses. These can be: a) Global onboarding LnD programmes such as Working at the ICRC -WICRC-, Staff Integration Programme -SIP- or Security Awareness and Field Experience -SAFE-; b) Leadership and Management programmes such as Leadership and Management Stepping Stones -LMSS-, Humanitarian Leadership and Management School -HLMS- or other L&M courses designed for junior Managers; c) <em>Ad hoc</em> courses delivered by the Regional Unit to cover specific needs of a given delegation or at a regional level. </p>
<p>The trainer actively supports and assists participants in continuing their learning process through reflective practice and in rooting adapted behaviours within their working environment. S/He promotes adult learning practices among the LnD professionals in the AoR. S/He also contributes to the ongoing design, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of those programmes as well as the design and delivery of new or revised programmes in collaboration with the global or regional LnD team.</p>
<p>Trainer 3 has a regional and supra-regional remit. Requires travelling.</p>
