<p>SRD Center is seeking a qualified Team Leader / Evaluation Manager for a proposed final external evaluation of a development programme in Madaba Governorate, Jordan. The programme links women s economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, tourism, local economic development, municipal capacity-building, and gender-responsive urban and tourism planning. The Team Leader will provide overall technical and managerial leadership for a mixed-methods evaluation based on the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, including relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, emerging impact, and sustainability. The assignment will combine desk review, stakeholder consultations, interviews, focus group discussions, field observations, evidence triangulation, analysis, stakeholder reflection, and preparation of evaluation reports.
