Noorart, an international company, are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to support our comprehensive marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve objectives ranging from enhancing brand awareness to promoting products.
The ideal Marketing Specialist should be a proficient professional capable of understanding consumer behavior trends and generating innovative ideas. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including copywriting and design briefs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Media, Communication
• A minimum of two up to five years of experience in online marketing
• Google AdWords and Analytics Certifications are a plus
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Web development experience and the ability to manage website design is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills a must
• Excellent eye for details
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong IT knowledge including hands-on coding using HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage interactive advertising campaigns
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
