<h4>Role Overview</h4>
<p>As an Experienced Associate, you will support the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant, and risk-aware engagements. The role partners closely with engagement teams, leadership, and QRM professionals to embed Deloitte’s quality standards, risk policies, and professional practice requirements across the business.</p>
<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support the planning and execution of engagement quality activities, including QA reviews, risk assessments, and governance processes aligned to Deloitte’s Quality Framework.</li>
<li>Identify, assess, and monitor engagement risks and quality issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans with engagement teams.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to practitioners on QRM policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Escalate significant quality or risk matters to QRM leadership and engagement partners with clear, practical recommendations.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte’s QA and QRM frameworks, including people, process, and technology initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teams across the business and Member Firms to promote a strong quality culture and consistent application of QRM principles.</li>
<li>Support reviews of large-scale, complex, and high-risk engagements across public and private sector clients.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring compliance with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory expectations.</li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>

<li>Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree from a reputable university in finance.</li>
<li>Strong data analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.</li>
<li>Advanced reporting and dashboarding expertise to deliver actionable insights.</li>
<li>Typically, 3-6 years of experience in professional services, audit, risk, compliance, or quality management.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation for high-quality reporting.</li>
<li>General understanding of engagement risk, professional standards, and quality management principles.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
