Provides professional laptop and desktop support as well as customer service to military and civilian customers. Work involves troubleshooting hardware problems and repairing or referring to another repair facility as appropriate. Installs, troubleshoots, configures and repairs software issues for Windows operating systems (OS) and Microsoft Office 2007. Troubleshoots and resolves network connectivity issues at the desktop level. Join personal computers (PCs) to local domains as required. Configures local PC connections to network printers. This includes collecting documents/goods from partners and suppliers;</li> <li>To be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of their designated WUSC vehicle(s). This includes checking of oil (engine &amp; brakes) and water (battery), adjusting Gas pressure as well as ensuring that all required tools in the vehicle are functional and available;</li> <li>To coordinate with any supplier who is renting out any vehicle(s) to WUSC Jordan Office to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and reviewing the received monthly invoices before being transferred to the Finance Department team;</li> <li>To be responsible for the safe-keeping of tools and documents kept in the vehicle.
