<p>KBR’s Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) provides contingency and base operations support services to the U.S. Air Force and Coalition partners throughout Southwest Asia. Through AFCAP V, KBR delivers Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (SWA TAS), Engineering Support Services (ESS), Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Leasing, Large Area Maintenance Shelters (LAMS), Power Production, BOS-I, and a wide range of quality-of-life services that sustain daily base operations, mission readiness, and operational continuity in austere environments.</p>
<h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, personnel, and host nation coordination support for the KBR AFCAP Program. Reporting directly to the Program Management, this position serves as the primary liaison between KBR personnel, Jordanian government agencies, and U.S. Government representatives to facilitate workforce administration, visa processing, residency requirements, work authorizations, and other host nation compliance activities.</p>
<p>The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the mobilization, onboarding, sustainment, and demobilization of project personnel while ensuring compliance with Jordanian regulations and contractual requirements. This position will work closely with Human Resources, Recruiting, Security, Finance, and Operations personnel to ensure timely completion of administrative actions that support uninterrupted mission execution.</p>
<p>Due to the nature of the position and the requirement to interface with both U.S. and Jordanian government agencies, the candidate must possess dual citizenship (United States and Jordan) and reside locally within Jordan.</p>
<h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Assist Site Management with workforce tracking, personnel accountability, and administrative reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate local transportation, lodging, and administrative support activities as required.</li>
<li>Support preparation and submission of project reports, personnel rosters, and administrative documentation.</li>

<h4>Basic qualifications</h4>

Today, these buildings, once vibrant and full of life, have fallen into disrepair due to neglect, lack of awareness about their importance and a shortage of restoration specialist and high maintenance costs. About 70% of them are dilapidated and abandoned, posing a threat to residents and visitors. The project will transform the urban heritage of As Salt into a sustainable economic, social and cultural engine. By establishing the Heritage Building Restoration Training at the Beit Falah Al Hamad Heritage site, the city will be leading an integrated model that will create skills to create local and regional job opportunities. The project will also work with the owners of heritage buildings, providing legal support, financial incentives and technical support, connecting them with the new graduates. The project will also work to project a new image for the city to attract tourism, culture and investment in partnership with city society and the private sector, including banks and microfinance institutions.</p><br> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br> <p>The <strong>Project Coordinator </strong>will perform the following functions:</p><br> <p><strong>A. Anera delivers programs in education, health, economic development and emergency relief, working closely with local partners and communities.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Project Background</b></p><p>The Gaza Support Program provides critical humanitarian support to Palestinian patients and their accompanying family members who have been displaced from Gaza and are receiving specialized medical treatment in Jordan. The program operates across accommodation sites and partner hospitals in Amman, coordinating closely with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), partner medical facilities, and other service providers to ensure patients receive dignified, timely, and well-coordinated care across medical, psychosocial, and basic support components.</p><p>To strengthen the program's clinical coordination and case management capacity, Anera Jordan is seeking a consultant to serve as Medical Coordinator on a part-time basis for a period of six months.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Objective of the Consultancy</b></p><p>The objective of this consultancy is to provide specialized medical coordination and case management support to the Gaza Support Program, ensuring that all active patient cases are accurately tracked, clinically coordinated, and managed throughout their treatment journey in Jordan. Result of Service<br>Successful support for the implementation and delivery of the FMIS project, including: • High-quality business requirements documentation. • Support for solution design and implementation activities. • Coordination with stakeholders and technical teams. • Support for testing, UAT, and training activities. • Delivery of project documentation and reporting. • Support for successful project deployment and stabilization.<br> Work Location<br>HQA and open for remote consultancy in the UNRWA fields of operations<br> Expected duration<br>7 months<br> Duties and Responsibilities<br>Specific Outputs/Tasks include but not limited to: · Build and maintain FMIS application modules using ASP.NET/.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies. · Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy, premises management, projects management, dashboards, reporting, and GIS-related modules. · Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems. · Provide daily technical support and analyze business/system requirements. · Conduct bug fixing, troubleshooting, optimization, and quality assurance activities. · Review code and ensure application security, performance, and compliance with UNRWA standards. · Support deployment, UAT, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization activities. · Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals. · Deliver regular progress updates and backlog tracking reports. · Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.<br> Qualifications/special skills<br>University degree from accredited educational institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fdiscipline. · Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development using ASP.NET/.NET Core and MS SQL Server. · Experience in enterprise application development and implementation. · Experience developing APIs and integrations. · Experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. · Experience with relational databases and SQL Server. · Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. · Familiarity with deployment environments and DevOps practices is desirable. · Experience with GIS integrations and dashboards is an asset.<br> Languages<br>English and Arabic are the working languages of UNRWA. <li>Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM).</li>
<li>Experience with state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod).</li>
<li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and libraries for asynchronous data fetching.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.</li>
