Requirements

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales management position.</li>
<li><strong>Industry Experience:</strong> <strong>Mandatory experience within the Packaging Manufacturing industry (Packaging / Carton / Flexible Packaging / Plastic Packaging or similar manufacturing environments).</strong></li>
<li><strong>GCC Experience:</strong> <strong>Strong GCC market experience is mandatory.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Leadership Experience:</strong> Proven experience managing and developing sales teams, setting sales territories, supervising field sales representatives, and driving sales performance.</li>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong sales planning, business development, market expansion, team leadership, negotiation, forecasting, analytical, and commercial management skills.</li>
