It is the entry point into the Account Management team for someone who wants to build structured account ownership experience before progressing into a full book.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.</li><li>Build and maintain the lightweight customer tiering model, based on our policies and data.</li><li>Schedule and run tiered check-ins across the book, following the cadence assigned to each tier.</li><li>Run the CSAT/NPS pulse after each completed top-up and log responses accurately.</li><li>Maintain the retention early-warning flag list and route flagged accounts into the retention offer checklist for follow-up.</li><li>Support the qualifying, outreach, structuring, and disbursement flow for top-ups.</li><li>Keep top-up and retention reporting numbers current and accurate.</li><li>Escalate at-risk accounts and unusual patterns promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Comfortable working in spreadsheets.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent Arabic and English.</li><li>Startups experience is a plus</li></ul>
