Responsibilities
<p>The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 9th Air Force, a key component of the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) overseeing operations in the Middle East. This position provides subject matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, helping ensure base security and critical support services in one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world. The 9th Air Force serves at other locations such as Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.</p><br> <p>The Contractor shall:</p><br>
<p>- Brief the Chief of Security Forces and commanders on crimes and incidents involving base personnel.</p><br>
<p>- Review, process, suspense, and distribute traffic incident and accident reports, tickets, complaints, and incident and information reports.</p><br>
<p>- Review final actions and responses by commanders and supervisors to ensure timeliness and appropriateness, and takes action as required.</p><br>
<p>- Analyze and evaluate reports and paperwork for accuracy and correctness. Compile information and statistics for files, records, trend summaries, and reports, and take or make recommendations for action.</p><br>

<p>- Keep organization and installation leadership and personnel informed on statuses and activities.</p><br>
Qualifications
<p>- Experience with inputting traffic citations, accidents, and incident/complaint reports into the Air Force approved system of record. </p><br>
<p>- At least one (1) year of experience with DoD Law Enforcement reports and analysis databases (ARIS and AFJIS).</p><br>
<p>- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.</p><br>
<p>- Experience with USAF Records Management.</p><br>
<p>- Must have a valid state and be able to obtain a Government Driver’s License.- Must posses an active <strong>Secret</strong> Security Clearance. </p><br>

<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Accounts for all materials and/or support equipment being shipped out of, and received, at the facility. Ensures parts due in from maintenance (DIFM) are properly tracked and takes appropriate actions to meet applicable deadlines. Keeps a running inventory of stock/equipment using appropriate software. Researches and orders parts, materials, and tools for use to ensure maintenance operational capabilities. Ensures the overall serviceability of all support equipment and related items. Keeps track of all assigned government property entering and leaving the facility. Processes paperwork, including filing DD-1149s, for all supply/support activities. Ensures proper allotment of material and/or equipment to appropriate maintenance personnel in support of maintenance operations.</p>
