Ensuring a close follow up of the National Drug Supply particularly in projects where MSF is working in conjunction with MoH. Collaborating in budgeting and preparing drug and other medical material orders together with Medical and Logistic Coordinators.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListBullet" ><span><span>•<span > </span></span></span><span >Supervising the running of the pharmacies across the mission, ensuring the proper implementation of MSF Safety standards, incl. pharmacovigilance follow up and waste management protocols, and to national and international legislation, in order to ensure the quality of the service given to the population and the accurate handling of drugs and products, including its proper disposal, in terms of hygiene and security. In case of integration of medical stock under the supply, this includes close involvement in the medical warehouse as regards procedures, operations and stock management but not direct supervision of same. Supporting the Medical Coordinator regarding the follow-up of EPREP planning and maintenance of medical emergency kits.</span></p>

This involves regular technical visits to project sites to ensure appropriate follow up of activities and management of field pharmacies; collecting and analyzing stock indicators according to physical records and logistic across different projects and together with the Medical Coordinator taking corrective decisions when necessary and providing technical pharmacy support regarding pharmaceutical information, medication use (protocols and rational drug use), management of side effects, adherence issues etc.</span></p>

Supporting activities at service level for effective drug distribution and control, quality prescription (rational drug use), medicines reconciliation, antibiotic stewardship interventions such as restricted use antibiotic review, follow up of pharmaceutical care plans, patient counseling, good dispensing practices and safe medication practices.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListBullet" ><span><span>•<span > </span></span></span><span >Being responsible for the good maintenance of all drugs and equipment in the pharmacies and the appropriate storage and management of supply of narcotic and psychotropic medication with respect to national legislation, permitting traceability for these specific products. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListBullet" ><span><span>•<span > </span></span></span><span >Facilitating correct stock management and transport/storage procedures, in order to ensure the availability of stock in all projects and to avoid expiries/overstocks and stock-outs. Ensuring that all inventories of drugs and medical devices exist and are updated. In close collaboration with Logistics Department, supervising storage conditions (e.g. humidity, temperature, light exposure, cleanliness, pest and rodents control, stock security, maintenance of cold chain, etc.), classification, organization and inventory, in order to guarantee the quality of the medicines and other medical material and prevent damage, financial losses generated by expired items, deterioration and robbery. Being responsible for follow-up of loans/donations and management of expired medications according to MSF procedures (and national legislation in case of expired drugs)</span></p>
<p class="MsoListBullet" ><span><span>•<span > </span></span></span><span >Planning and supervising, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required. In case of integration of medical stock under the supply, this includes providing support to Supply Log in this capacity to ensure the medical stock and pharmacy management according to recommended guidelines/procedures </span></p>

Coordinate with other teams (nursing, medical and surgical), to ensure patients’ safety and close follow up of their evolution, with emphasis on longer length of stay (LOS) patients as per hospital criteria. Assure accurate documentation of patient’s initial surgical assessment, OPD surgical progress notes, orders and discharge (TRM), including the external services (e.g., OPG panoramic x-ray, MRI, CT scan, and prosthetic eye), and external referrals.</p>

<h3><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></h3>
<p>The Reconstructive Surgery Hospital provides specialized surgical and rehabilitation care, with an average of 550 admissions and over 1,000 surgeries annually. The facility has 50 surgical beds and 69 rehabilitation beds, as well as two operating theatres dedicated to orthopedic, maxillofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgeries. The hospital also includes an outpatient department (OPD) providing an average of 550 consultations per month, physiotherapy and psychosocial support services, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) activities, including Antimicrobial Stewardship, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and a microbiology laboratory.</p>
<p><strong>MAIN PRUPOSE</strong></p>
<p>Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical knowledge, MSF protocols, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patient’s/beneficiaries health conditions.</p>

<li >Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary. </li>
<li >Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating and liaising closely with colleagues including specialist doctors, referral doctor, ER doctors, other GP and surgeons. </li>
<li >Provide support and advice to colleagues working in other teams </li>
<li >Accurately record patient interventions and referrals. </li>
<li >Undertake associated administrative work. </li>
<li >Ensure a rational prescription of medicines from the essential drug list of the camp or provide a medical rational for an exceptional treatment. </li>
<li >Ensure the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material under the General Practitioner's responsibility and ensure general compliance with standing hygiene standards; </li>
<li >When requested, perform training of the medical/paramedical team in order to optimize the quality of care; </li>

<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>The designee is responsible for the overall daily safe and expeditious flow of air traffic within the designated facility control airspace in accordance with ICAO and FAA 7110.65 regulatory guidance. Rules of separation must be applied to achieve the required separation as outlined in FAA manuals and orders. This designee maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations at the facility assigned and is responsible for all ATC facility operations and services during their shift, as well as adherence to CRM principal application. The designee coordinates with various controllers and personnel to relay information which pertains to the aircraft and in the interest of safety of flight including emergency information. The individual is responsible for vehicles and personnel operating on the airfield. Along with controlling aircraft the designee must be able to process flight plans, and supervise approach, departure, and arrival procedures. The designee will have a full working knowledge of control tower operations and flight planning and a fundamental knowledge of radar/manual approach control operations.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
