This is your chance to be part of our success story!</p><p>One Main Responsibilities :</p><ul><li>Develop the HR strategic plan and align it with the company s overall objectives.</li><li>Design and implement compensation and benefits policies that ensure fairness, competitiveness, and financial sustainability.</li><li>Review promotion plans and succession planning for critical positions to ensure continuity and talent sustainability.</li><li>Develop and update internal HR policies and procedures in compliance with governmental regulations.</li><li>Supervise the preparation and execution of the HR budget, including payroll, recruitment, training, and other organizational activities.</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve the work environment and develop employee engagement and motivation programs that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.</li><li>Represent the HR department before governmental and regulatory authorities regarding labor issues and inspections.</li><li>Additional tasks to be discussed during the interview.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>One of the leading Food Industries in Jordan looking to hire "Human Resources Manager" in Amman with the following qualification :</p><ul><li>- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment.</li><li>- Strong knowledge of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices.</li><li>- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li><li>-</li></ul>
