<p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time</p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>results-driven and proactive Sales Representative</strong> to join our team and lead our field sales activities.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>field-based role</strong> for someone who is comfortable working independently, building relationships with salon owners, generating new business, and taking accounts from the first contact all the way through activation and revenue generation.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Identify and contact new Merchants and potential business partners.</li>
<li>Conduct sales visits, product presentations, pitches, and demonstrations.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants owners and decision-makers.</li>

<li>Ensure newly installed accounts become <strong>active and generate transactions</strong>.</li>
<li>Follow up with existing accounts to support continued usage and growth.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and account revenue.</li>
<li>Manage the complete sales funnel from <strong>outreach to revenue generation</strong>.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate daily records of visits, account stages, outcomes, and next steps.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and account status.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth implementation and activation.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>field sales, business development, or B2B sales</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Must be available 24/7 when required by the business, including for urgent client, account, or operational matters.</strong></li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to approach new businesses and generate leads independently.</li>
<li>Strong follow-up and closing abilities.</li>
<li>Results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on measurable performance.</li>
