<span>Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a significant product area, drive the roadmap and deliver high-impact features.<br> This person will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, execute with an agile mindset and measure success with data.<br> The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and has the ability to balance immediate outcomes with long-term vision.<br> Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for a key domain, aligned with business goals and customer needs.<br> Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives: ideation, prioritization, user stories, agile sprint execution, launch and iteration.<br> Use data and analytics tools to measure product performance, run experiments (A/B testing), and iterate based on results.<br> Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, data science/analytics, operations, marketing) to deliver value.<br> Influence stakeholders, present product strategy and roadmap to leadership, align teams, manage trade-offs.<br> Mentor and support junior product colleagues; contribute to product culture, agile practices and continuous improvement.<br> What We’re Looking For 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, marketplace, e-commerce or food-delivery context (or similarly scaled environment).<br> Proven track-record of delivering consumer-facing products end to end.<br> Strong analytical skills: comfortable using SQL / data visualization / analytics tools (e.<br>g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) to drive decisions.<br> Deep understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, user stories and product delivery frameworks.<br> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear requirements and strategic story.<br> Passion for user experience, experimentation mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.<br> Nice to Have Experience with marketplaces, logistics/last-mile delivery, or food-tech platforms.<br> Familiarity with OKRs, squad/tribe structures or product frameworks used at high-growth tech companies.<br> Previous exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and scalable analytics.<br> Experience working across different geographies or culturally distributed teams.<br></span> </div>
