<p><strong>Dimension of post</strong></p>

<li>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 520 admissions per year, approximately 1,000 surgeries annually, 50 surgical beds and 69 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for Orthopedic, Maxillo-facial and plastic surgeries; OPD with an average of 550 consultations/month.</li>

<p >SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES</p>

<li>Assessing and identifying the patients’ needs prior to their admission at RSH in Jordan, with the objective of reducing risk factors and ensuring better stability before the start of treatment. Provide follow-up care for patients identified by the RSH MHPSS team after their admission to RSH in Jordan, addressing their short and medium-term psychological needs between treatment stages to enhance their overall mental well-being.</li>
