<p><h4>Description</h4>
<p>Own and execute the cards product roadmap by leading the end-to-end development of card products. This includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Designing comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and collaborating on UI/UX to effectively communicate card product concepts to stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams.</li>
<li>Identifying and documenting card-specific technical and business requirements covering systems such as the card management system (CMS), mobile app, core banking/wallet, and payment schemes and translating them into clear deliverables for technical teams.</li>
<li>Managing card product performance analysis, issue troubleshooting (including decline rates, authorization failures, and dispute trends), and executing continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Supporting the QA team in preparing and executing test cases that cover the full card flow.</li>
<li>Leading cross-functional collaboration across customer care, sales, compliance, and technology to ensure successful card product launches and ongoing lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Managing the product backlog, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery of card product initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research on card trends such as contactless, tokenization, virtual cards, installment plans, and rewards to identify growth opportunities and inform penetration strategies.</li>
<li>Analyze competitor card offerings across features, fees, credit limits, and UX to assess the company's competitive position.</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback from care, sales, and user research to identify friction points across the card journey and translate them into prioritized functional requirements.</li>
<li>Define technical requirements for prepaid and credit card initiatives, ensuring correct integration with card management system, core banking/wallet, mobile app, credit engine, and payment schemes.</li>
<li>Develop concepts for new card features and communicate requirements to all concerned teams.</li>
<li>Lead UAT for card releases, covering the full transaction lifecycle: authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, balance and credit limit enforcement, card management, and card expiry.</li>
<li>Ensure all card initiatives comply with scheme rules, consumer regulations, and central bank requirements, in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide sales and customer care with training and direction on card features, issuance, credit limit management, billing, dispute handling, and card controls.</li>
<li>Monitor cards KPIs and deliver periodic performance reports with gap analysis and recommendations.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualifications and Education Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, business information systems, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>4–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years directly managing prepaid and/or credit card products within a fintech, bank, or mobile money environment.</li>
<li>PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM (one required).</li>
<li>PSPO or CSPO (preferred).</li>
