<p>Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. <p>The Group Head of Accounting owns the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the group's financial records across a multinational, multi-entity SaaS and FinTech business. The role supports group consolidation, IFRS-compliant financial reporting, and the external audit process. Based in Amman, it provides dedicated support to the group's operations in KSA while overseeing accounting across all entities. It combines deep technical accounting expertise — particularly around subscription revenue, financial instruments, intercompany and transfer pricing complexity — with the leadership to standardize processes and build a high-performing finance function across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.</p>
<h4>What will you do?</h4>
<p><strong>Group consolidation & financial reporting</strong></p>

<li>Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of all group entities, including intercompany eliminations, multi-currency translation, and minority interests.</li>
<li>Oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing arrangements, ensuring correct accounting treatment and supporting documentation across jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Produce accurate, timely consolidated financial statements in full compliance with IFRS.</li>

<p><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></p>
<p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 550 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>
<p><strong>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Perform repair / maintenance / construction works, according to the supervisor’s instructions and MSF standards, to ensure proper operations and prevent faults / deterioration of MSF equipment / installations / infrastructures. </p>

<p>We are looking for a curious, analytical, and highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Platform Product team. You will help build products that power supplier connectivity, hotel availability, booking reliability, room mapping, supplier quality, and supply intelligence across the Almosafer ecosystem. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Supplier Management, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Data teams to identify opportunities, launch new capabilities, improve platform performance, and solve complex operational challenges. This is a high-impact platform role where small improvements can influence millions of hotel searches and thousands of daily bookings. The ideal candidate enjoys solving ambiguous platform problems, loves working with APIs and data, and wants to build systems that operate at scale. You will report to the Senior Product Manager Hotel Supply Platform.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supplier Connectivity<ul><li>Support onboarding of new hotel suppliers by collaborating with engineering and supplier teams.</li><li>Understand supplier APIs, booking flows, pricing models, and inventory structures.</li><li>Help improve supplier onboarding efficiency and reduce integration effort.</li></ul></li><li>Platform Improvements<ul><li>Analyze booking failures, supplier issues, API errors, availability gaps, and operational escalations to identify root causes.</li><li>Drive product improvements that improve booking success rate, supplier quality, and platform reliability.</li></ul></li><li>Product Delivery<ul><li>Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering throughout discovery, development, testing, rollout, and post-launch analysis.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.</li></ul></li><li>Analytics & Insights<ul><li>Build dashboards and analyze supplier performance using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and identify trends across supplier availability, booking failures, pricing competitiveness, and operational performance.</li><li>Validate hypotheses using data and communicate insights clearly.</li></ul></li><li>AI & Automation<ul><li>Leverage AI tools and LLM-based assistants to improve product discovery, automate repetitive workflows, analyze supplier documentation, and accelerate product execution.</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities where AI can improve platform efficiency.</li></ul></li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Supplier Management, Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Data teams to solve cross-functional problems.</li><li>Coordinate multiple initiatives while proactively identifying risks and dependencies.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>3 7 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Platform Products, Data Analytics, or Software Engineering.</li><li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working with APIs, backend systems, and technical products.</li><li>Experience working with SQL and Excel for data analysis.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.</li><li>Experience in TravelTech, Hospitality, OTA, SaaS, Marketplace, or Platform products.</li><li>Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.</li><li>Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, Kibana, Looker, or similar BI tools.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar productivity tools.</li><li>Exposure to hotel distribution, supplier connectivity, booking systems, or pricing platforms.</li></ul>
<p>POSITION SUMMARY Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Provide cashier services when working in facilities that include point of sales transactions. Assist when hosting private functions within the recreation facilities with group activities and events. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
