Support the IOM wardens system/Floor and Floor Fire Wardens under SRM Security Risk Management measurers in a coordinated process, when required to update staff contact lists, training to enhance this security contingency plan. Support the NSO-National Security officer in conducting CCTV survey and compliance with IOM security requirements. Supports in liaising with UNDSS and other local security stakeholders at the appropriate level. With the NSO guidance, maintain an orderly filing system for all security files including coordination with HR, ensure that all staffing lists, warden list and any other lists, as required by UNDSS, are accurately updated, and submitted in a timely manner.
