<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Execute routine QC testing of raw, in process and finished products (chemical, physical and microbiological) under supervision, ensuring accurate recording per GMP/HACCP/ISO FSSC.</li> <li>Conduct packaging and hygiene checks: package integrity, label verification, weight/volume control, line clearance and sample traceability.</li> <li>Report deviations and OOS results, support CAPA actions and contribute to quality data trending and basic root cause analysis.</li> <li>Coordinate quality communications with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics and deliver on floor quality/hygiene briefings.</li> <li>Support internal/external audits and certification activities by preparing documentation and assisting with regulatory compliance updates.Company Description</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.</li> <li>2 4 years in food/dairy QC or QA.</li> <li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards.</li> <li>Skilled in chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.</li> <li>Accurate data recording and reporting.</li> <li>Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
